Everytime I go to this subway after 3 it is the best experience but if you go in before then there’s a older white women with glasses kind of bigger that is just strait out rude to everyone raising her voice to everyone that walks in and when she asked what I wanted on my sub she blatantly talks over me loudly to tell the cashier my order and gets mad because she didn’t hear what I said the first time completely unprofessional and a disgusting attitude everytime will NOT be going back

We simply wanted a beverage and asked what the price was but were met with the wicked witch of the west telling us to look at the menu ourselves instead of answering the question and proceeded to have the audacity to ask for a tip after such poor customer service. If you want a sub, go to the one in Northridge as they offer a wayyy better dining experience.

Worst Subway I’ve ever been to! We got subs with lettuce and couldn’t even eat them because the lettuce was brown and slimy. Totally unacceptable. What a waste of time and money. The employees here are frequently rude/unpleasant to customers.

I’m very displeased in how your workers are. One of your workers blatantly interrupted me telling the sandwich maker my order and was just unpleasant to watch. As a person it is completely disrespectful to be interrupted, I work in food service if I was in a rush or was having a problem I would step back and wait so I would not interrupt and I’m a young person. This person that interrupted over not having a bag of chips was way older than me. I express that the owner/mange reflects and has a talking to her. She was a lean/skinny, white, old woman, with a visor and blonde hair.

Partner is very sick right now so I ordered delivery to be safe. The order was missing my drink. When I called door dash support they told me to call the restaurant and when I called the restaurant I was told the door dasher was supposed to grab it themselves and I wasn’t able to get a refund because they “didn’t know how” and I was told to just come pick it up myself- entirely defeating the purpose of delivery (which I paid about a $5 fee for). I was then told to call back tomorrow when there was “someone there that could help me.” Food was fine otherwise just incredibly disappointed in the service. I still have not received a refund.

So I went here where I hit up 3 to 4 times weekly sometimes solo sometimeswith my spouse. I know this older lady doesn’t like me however the rest of the staff is fantastic. Yesterday the owner started me out. He leaned over to the woman who had snapped and rolled her eyes at me often and said ” is that her?”
Where the eldery lady said, “yep”. The audacity to do that infront of me. I have never been mean or raised my voice to this lady. I had reported her about 6 weeks prior when she yelled at me and made me cry. I have severe anxiety and was comfortable there and liked the people. I guess I should’ve just let the older woman treat me like garbage instead of speak up. Very disappointed in the owner to say stuff infront of his customers about them.

Waited in drive thru, 35 minutes before they got my order and only 5 cars ahead of me. Turned off by this place,. I love Subway but that was easy too long to wait, they also charged me for the wedding order. Definitely upset. Usually go there 2-3 times a week
