For starters, the automated drive thru is not all the reliable and doesn’t understand even the smallest changes in an order. So that made things difficult.
I believe his name was Von, he cashed me out and gave me my food at the price through. To say everything he did was gross, was an understatement. He never wore gloves, he threw egg shells on the ground, whiped egg on his pants, handled money, whiped his face and nose……just everything about what he did was not sanitary at all. How could a business allow this to happen….just foul.

Waited a while in the drive thru but it was worth it!! The quality of the food was better than the White Castle I remember. Fresh for sure. Really weird that they have ai taking orders but the person at the window made up for it. I’m sure they would’ve been capable or taking the order..

The Ai order taker in the drive thru was definitely unexpected but pretty awesome! Then the young man that served us in the drive thru was absolutely amazing! Great attitude and extremely helpful! Will definitely make this specific store our go to!

Stoped in on Wednesday order the #1 4 W/C and med. French fry. This place was outstanding, Burgers were fresh and hot. French fries was truly great Hot and fresh just came out of flyers. I will choose this place over Florence Hwy ,42 location hands down I think you for the great service. Wish everyone a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

1:26pm,Ordered a new sausage cheddar sandwich, 4 cheese burgers, and onion chips. Two cars ahead of me. Both took 15-20 minute’s each! I got mine at 1:49! 23 minutes for 3 cars..One would think I would get some good food .. sausage sandwich had no cheddar cheese, and a whole slice of onion skin!!! Yes skin! Cheeseburgers were so cold the cheese didn’t melt and the buns were stale!!!.

So i come here atleast 2-3 times a week and there is a manager that is so mean. She yells at all the workers and treats them so bad . I was just in there not even 5 mins ago and she yells at the worker at the register infront of everyone and threatens her and just belittled her infront of me and other customers.. she ended up tearing up … the young women she yelled at busts her butt off everyday i go in there. Something needs to happen.Everyone says they have put complaints…

The ladies at the one on Dixie by the new Kroger’s are amazing I love white Castle but sadly customer service is so bad but the ladies had my mobile order ready to go there greeted me coming in”IS THAT NEW” actually was great and a customer older gentleman came in they knew his name and his order which made him happy just a good place to go KUDOS to you ladies for everything that day
