First time and the food is fantastic I recommend the rob sauce to pair with your Tendies! It’s got great flavor levels and a good amount of spice. Carra helped us in the front and was super sweet and fun to talk to. 10/10 will be coming back and is now my new fave post-workout treat!

This was our 2nd time having Haven Hot so we were super excited. It’s a lil pricey but for the size of the chicken, it’s worth it. If you haven’t been before there’s plenty of parking and there are 2 benches outside to eat at. The inside is very nice and clean. It was pretty cool but you’ll appreciate that on hot days. The customer service has always been great! Everyone is usually busy and upbeat. David the manager rocks and has a great team! I witnessed them jamming to the music while they prepared orders. David the manager took my order. “The Sandwich Combo” which consist of a Chicken Sandwich, with slaw, pickles and Dave’s Sauce is our go to. Your spice choices are No Spice, Mild, Medium, Haven, and Hot. I ordered mild last time so this time I knew I could take medium. The food usually comes out relatively quickly which is impressive because it’s so fresh. It was the perfect amount of heat. I’m not a fan of the fries but my kids love them. I realized today that waffle fries are an option. My kids add “Spice” which is similar to a Cajun season. The chicken sandwich is huge. The manager David informed me that the chicken is fresh and never frozen. It’s juicy and crispy, it’s literally their version of a Nashville Hot Chicken. It’s the best I ever had. I hadn’t had a Nashville Hot Chicken. I love how all the flavors pair together. I get extra Rob Sauce for that tangy kick! The last time we came David the manager informed me that their chicken is fresh, never frozen. If you’re looking for a chicken sandwich that’s like no other, I highly recommend giving them a try. Of course I’ll be back!

Had a rough day and ordered the spiciest meal on their menu by accident. After taking my first bite and harshly realizing my mistake Erickson replaced my order with what I desired at no charge. He even gave me a cup for water knowing how hot their sauce can be.

I have been here 2 times now. The food is for.my son and he absolutely loves it. The counter person we had last night was great. Happy and made you feel good about being there.i would recommend if you like wings. Be careful heard the hot was too hot. Lol

I had a really good experience at the Haven Hot Chicken in Fairfield. The place was clean and everything made sense from the moment we walked in. The customer service stood out. Erickson, the guy working there, was genuinely friendly, talked with my friend, and even gave us some great advice. The food was great, too. Everything tasted fresh, from the pickles to the chicken, which was juicy and well-seasoned. Overall, a solid visit and definitely worth going back.

The service was top notch, employees were compassionate and considerate to a degree that I have never experienced before in this industry. The food is equal in its quality to said service, each bite is packed with flavor and leaves nothing to be desired. Fresh ingredients are used as evidenced by the audible and refreshing crunch from every morsel of both the chicken and slaw. The location itself was kept painstakingly clean, and fresh air flowed freely throughout the establishment. This is the second Haven Hot Chicken location I have visited and it matched my every expectation as set by that first visit. Please never change!

Rob once again had his way with the sandwich. (If you know what I mean). I even got more rob sauce for my fries and it added so much more flavor! David was so kind and checked in on us throughout the meal. Definitely coming again.
