Just ordered a Sicilian pie and all I tasted and smelled was flour. Barely any sauce and greasy cheese. Hands down the worst pizza I’ve ever had. Loading it with garlic powder didn’t even help.

Really disappointed with this place. I’ve been a customer for almost 20 years (used to be Franconi’s) – and it’s gone downhill. The pizza is often a greasy mess. Many times the cheese is a disaster. This most recent time, the pizza was literally shoved and smashed into the box. Two pizzas cost almost $40.

Asked for a Buffalo chicken wrap with just Chicken breast, Buffalo sauce, bleu cheese, and American cheese inside. What I got was chicken Buffalo sauce lettuce and tomato. Bleu cheese on the side (okay fine so we had to open it and put the bleu cheese on). We did pick up but my boyfriend had already brought the food back to the hospital when we seen this, so I called and asked if there was anyway they could deliver it 2 mins down the road since they were the ones who butchered the order. I was told I had to pay delivery fee or I would have to send him back to get a new order. How should it be my responsibility to pay the delivery fee or pay to exit the parking lot when this was their mistake? Horrible customer serious. Counter girl’s response was delivery is ONLY $2. That’s not the point, they messed the order up they should be fixing it. I won’t even post how dried out our chicken and cheese quesadilla was. Do not recommend!

I was in a rush and had 20 mins to eat, so I thought I would order a burger platter. There were no other orders, yet the order took 15 minutes. I don’t think they started my order until I asked about it.
When I did get my order, there were no toppings even though I was told it came with lettuce and tomatoes.
I will not be going to this place again.

2 Appetizer sampler was excellent!!
Nice and crispy not burned.

We’ve lived in Pa for a little over two years. And we tend to be loyal to a pizzaria once it has that IT factor. We his was not it. My wife said the guy at the counter was friendly. Seemed like an ok place to bought a plain pie. Looked great visually. The cheese delicious. But it came down to the sauce. It felt like it was missing 1 ingredient to make it standout and my wife unfortunately felt the breading was missing something. She described it as cardboard. That was h fortunate because we were lookin g for something closer than going to Munchies or Joes or Romas in Warrington or Zeo in the city. I hope they’ll improve in the sauce. I mean. They’re still business. It can simply just be indifferent strokes for different folks. It wasn’t for us. And we really wanted to love it.

the girl on the phone answered me very rudely, it took me a couple of seconds to hear her voice because the noise around me prevented me from placing an order, I didn’t hear her and she was angry and hung up. I called back to complete the order, but in response they picked up the phone and disconnected the connection. I changed the star to 4 just for the sake of their pizza, it’s really tasty. and the owner himself politely asked to correct this situation by responding to my review. I think I’ll come back to them
