The lady with short hair – half blond, half brown was really stressed out and she didn’t realize how rude she came off to customers. I highly recommend the management find a more adequate and friendly personnel. She complained because I placed a large order. Didn’t even greet me at first either. Another girl with blue hair and piercings all over her face walked in and yawned, then she walked away. The image of this place is far from great.

This dunkin usually does great. Today I was waiting for my order to be taken for six minutes while people saw me walked back and fourth but would rather talk to eachother than take my order. Finally someone came over only to tell me they were on break and couldn’t take my order. Was not too happy because usually the customer service is amazing only for me to be completely ignored.

I usually love this Dunkin location but was a bit miffed when they closed their ovens at 5:15 (maybe even earlier, that was just when I placed my order). I know this isn’t standard procedure at other dunkin locations, but oh well what can you do. What really added to the experience was when they did a refund through my app and the cashier touched my phone screen without asking me if it was okay. Super unsanitary, especially during covid.

I wasn’t going to leave a review until I saw that someone else recently wasn’t given any service either. I stood in the empty dunkin’ today and waited around 2 minutes and was never acknowledged. The woman in the front just stood at the register and was talking to someone in the back and acted like I wasn’t there.I walked away and left. I don’t know why either. Oh well.

The lack of customer service in this location is appalling. The management should all be fired for allowing employees behave this way. I stood there for more than 30 seconds. One girl looked at me and walked away without acknowledging me. The second said hi and then walked away without taking my order. I left and went to AROMA JOES!!!!!
