Social Profile:

Quality is very important at Crust, so there are some things we do differently that set us apart. All of our cheeses are shredded from block form in each location daily; our cheese never comes pre-shredded in a bag. Our dough is made fresh in house at each location multiple times throughout the day.

Carefully produced pizzas, plus calzones, pasta, subs & salads, served in a warmly casual setting.

Friday afternoon, plenty of parking out front.
We arrived around 1:30 p.m. for a late lunch. The restaurant had only a few diners at that time. It was airy, bright, and clean. The TVs were on but without sound, which we appreciated.

Matthew (manager) and Brent (chef) were very friendly and professional. Since we were there after the lunch rush, they had time to chat and talk about the menu offerings. Brent was a rockstar, recommending several options. His favorite was Madelyn’s Alfredo on cauliflower crust. The mushrooms were fresh, not canned, which I really liked.

I had never had cauliflower crust before but had always wanted to try it — I highly recommend it! Matthew suggested the Crusted Goat Cheese Salad, which was big enough to share with a pizza. It was very fresh and a nice complement to the meal.

My dining companion had the lunch special, 2 for $12 — a great deal. He chose the personal pepperoni and sausage pizza and the meatball sandwich on flatbread. Very tasty! We loved the crispy, flavorful crust and the just-right amount of sauce on both the sandwich and the pizza.

We asked for both pizzas to be cooked just a bit well-done, and our request was granted. We had leftovers for snacks later!

All in all, these Chicagoans will be back! There are several daily specials — I bet this place gets busy in the evening. Enjoy! Thanks, Matt and Brent!

We had pizza, wings, salad delivery from Crust this evening. Everything was good! Wings up first, with blue cheese dressing to dipping. We prefer the wings crispier, and bigger, but the flavor was good and not too fatty. The Greek salad was very fresh, decent size, the balsamic dressing was a big too sweet … a straight up Greek dressing would be better. Pizza good, likely better at location. We’d try again, good enough for that, but not OMG good, crave worthy!

First time- I had a pepperoni supreme (double pepperoni to be emphasized). I got small amount of it. It does not even qualified as “regular” pepperoni, come on. The amount of mushrooms is not enough either- notice how uneven it was on the picture. The flavor was good though. I liked the atmosphere of the place.

Updated (3/3/26): Last Dec, the owner reached out and he was nice about it and offered a free pizza to give it a chance. At first I declined till recently, I decided to give it another chance in hope that it will gets better. This time I had Big Don (picture attached) and well, if you see the picture on the website, it was not the same- little cheddar and toppings are not evenly distributed (again) and some toppings were few. I should have checked if it was prepared from the same guy as before or not. Considering the price for this pizza- not worth it. FYI- I have tried pizzas range from cheapest to expensive- never have any issues with their toppings. This is a first for me. While the owner is nice and I want to praise the lady who takes order (same lady as the last time)- she is an amazing worker/person to interact with! 5 stars for her.

Well, I have to be honest, the flavor is off. I ordered Large Pepperoni Supreme and Buffalo Wings with Ranch and Garlic dipping sauces. Ordered online, carry-out and when I got home noticed the garlic sauce was missing. The pizza crust tasted weird like perhaps frozen and reheated. I’m not sure. Wings had that taste too. Wings were soggy/mushy. Disappointed, especially for the price.

This is the only pizza I will eat! I love the thin crust that is crispy, and not too much sauce.
We actually went inside to eat on a Monday night. Wasn’t crowded, found a table easily. We ordered the Carl’s King pizza. Our pizza came out within maybe 15-20 minutes, was hot and good!
I happened to order the crusted goat cheese salad to take for lunch the next day. I was surprised at how small it was for the price I paid.
The salad was excellent, just overpriced in my opinion.

Crust Pizza is a great place to take the family a girls/guys night or a casual date. Sainera checked us out in the front and even though she was new she did an amazing job handling a large crowd and large orders. She was professional, courteous, very helpful. Kaden in the kitchen was working diligently and fast to get all the orders out quickly. Brandon the kitchen manager was amazing at help everyone from the front to the back of the house. Also, working along side everyone during the and for all other orders. Never fading his smile and kindness.

Edit: we’ve given them three chances and they just can’t get it together. Food is never ready when they say it will be. After waiting 20 minutes past the pick up time, they tell me they messed up the order. The food is amazing when they get it right but they cant get it right…

They just opened and it’s very obvious. First time I ordered for pick up and stood there wsiting for 30 minutes past my pick up time. I was given a coupon for a free 10inch pizza for the trouble. We went to dine in the second time and the trouble started at the counter, they couldn’t figure out how to enter the coupon and then they ended up deleting the entire order. We got our food and the salad was incorrect and both 14″ cauliflower pizzas had more than an inch of BURNT crust showing all the way around, basically the same amount of toppings as the 10″. They then tried to serve two additional salads after we had already received it. They could tell we were frustrated and brought out an unprompted 10″ cauliflower pepperoni on the house, which we gratefully accepted. We will give it another shot in a week or two.

We just tried Crust for the first time and it’s definitely the last time. My husband ordered a 1 topping 14” pizza for pickup and it was so thin you could see light through the crust. It doesn’t say on the menu that it’s thin crust and even if it is, that was paper thin. It was tough to eat cause of how crispy it was and it didn’t taste good if I’m being honest. It was nearly $20 after tax. Just want everyone to know it was a disappointing experience

WE LOVE CRUST! We eat here every week with our family and friends. Alexis has been a big part of us choosing this to be our family restaurant. She has gone above and beyond finding ways to help entertain our kids and enjoy our time there. The rest of the staff has been amazing too she just stands out.

I’d also like to mention that we do eat there every week. Yes our order hasn’t always been perfect, sometimes they are busy and things take a little longer, but they are always quick to try and help make it better. This store has grown week in and week out, so if you tried and were disappointed early on.. id recommend giving them another shot!

Food, atmosphere, and staff, 10 stars!
