The great things about this place are:
Friendly and fantastic service!
The atmosphere was energetic.
It was comfortable and clean.
The not-so-great thing is that two of four pizza slices were undercooked inside. Also, I understand the crust we ordered should be crispy and dark brown, but it was too charred for our taste. I could have told them, but I had already eaten the half that was cooked, and we were in a hurry. I’m hoping this isn’t usually how their pizza is cooked, so I’ll go again someday, order the same, and see what happens.

I have eaten more pizza than your typical human and this is hands down the best I have ever eaten. They have 20 plus specialty pizzas or make your own but the crust is absolutely perfect. If you are here skip all others and go here

Alright you know me I’m honest about my food so here’s my review of Alchemy pizza in Frazier Colorado! The .5 mile I had to walk just to get to the place was kind of a let down as parking is minimal. The place is a decent vibe though nice tapestry and good wall art and the guy working the counter was freaking awesome! Now let’s get to the price of the pizza $22 for a 12 inch two topping pizza holy shit they are taxing not a big deal though right as long as the pizza is loaded and has good amount of topping especially for $3 a topping. That’s where the let down hits you literally get one little mushroom piece and one pepperoni on each piece like really $3 a topping and that’s what you give hmmm won’t be back solely due to the price and how awful they top a pizza! Now to the actuall taste of the pizza it has a real good flavor overall about a 6.5-7 but with the walk and how expensive for how terrible of a put together pizza I’m gonna aim towards an overall 4 or 5/10 for this spot definitely try any other pizza joint if up here anything has to be better. But don’t let it take from the guy who was really kind at the front your still the man!

Wonderful takeout experience. Everything was really delicious. The margarita pizza is so good with the cherry tomatoes, balsamic glaze, and fresh basil. Such an amazing cheese pull from the jumbo cheese sticks, we couldn’t fit it all in the picture. The fettuccine alfredo also came with a complementary piece of bread.

Ordered takeout excited to try a place new to us since last we were in town. Showed up when told pizza would be ready. After waiting 1/2 hour and asking, found out pizzas had been ready for unknown amount of time sitting under warmers and not alerted.
So pizza not warm when we ate. Carnivore was good, duck very good…but the Detroit style was burned to the point we had to remove all crust and edge cheese. So a very mixed review on all fronts.

Cool place with good music. Got two pizzas for the price of one. Both were chicken specialty pizzas and were good. Live bluegrass music the night we were there. Very busy but still got our food quickly.

Stopped in to pick up some pizzas my wife ordered. Unfortunately my AirBNB had no TP but Dustin hooked me up with a couple
Rolls to get by for the night. While waiting for take out he recommended some great places In town to visit during the slower season and made sure I was taken care of while waiting including adding some ranch’s to the order my wife forgot to add. Overall a great experience and great Pizza! Thankful Alchemy is in town as an option.

You go out to eat for an experience. Alchemy will give you an experience that is exceptional, local, and won’t kill your wallet. The food was delicious and noticeably homemade. You can taste the difference between frozen pre made and what I was served today. Obviously homemade, fresh to order and made with love (Go for the meatballs) . The ambiance is fun, welcoming , unique and authentic. The staff was extremely friendly, attentive and showed genuine care throughout the whole experience. Chris, Hippie and Hansen all had a hand in making my time here unforgettable. If you want the best of authentic local cuisine, amazing service ,all at a reasonable price this is your place.

I visited Alchemy on an off night, and while the wings I ordered were fantastic, the pizza had some issues. The crust of the pizza was charred, and the bottom crust was undercooked. Since the BBQ restaurant owned by the same people is great, I suspect this was just a one-time mistake. I’ll be back soon.
