Worst thing I’ve ever ate in my life without a doubt, seeing the veggies looking fake plastic I had a gut feeling to run for the door; but I figured haven’t had subways in over 5+ years just give it a chance. At $15 for a foot long with barely anything on it and the bread having a moldy taste (didn’t realize that until I got to the end of the sandwich the only part that wasn’t covered in sauce)that I instantly had to spit out; I don’t believe I’ve ever felt so robbed in my life. It’s astonishing that this franchise is still in business, this place made it to were I will never return to any subway.

Well Let me start off by saying “THEY DO NOT TAKE MAILED COUPONS” So if you were looking to save some money in this hard economy, this is not the place. Second, the Owner/employees are VERY rude, I went to get my coupons and the guy there said In a very rude way that they do not take coupons, but it felt like if he was talking down on us just because we were trying to use our coupon. That is no way to talk to customers. Poor service.

Honestly, if there was an option for no star, I would’ve selected it. Terrible service. The server was with his attitude. If he really doesn’t like his job, why still work there? He also messed up my order when I told him four to five times.

The sandwich artist didn’t seem to be paying attention. There was three people working the cash register for my order. The second guy was waiting for me to pay and I told him I already did. They told me it didn’t go through the first time despite the screen showing otherwise. I check later and my account was charged twice.

My visit today at this SUBWAY was the worst customer service experience ever!!! The Manager of this restaurant threw coins at me after I requested to give him $10.01 to allow two quarters in change. My bill was $7.51.. I expressed how rude he was and his response “I have to get these workers out of here”. I assume the employees were at the end of their shifts. But who’s fault is this? Not mine, the customer.
Nevertheless, there is a positive ending!!!
I felt great that I did not allow this Rude individual, the Subway Manager/Owner, to make me behave at his level. I simply told him, I will be better than you!!!I demonstrated this by placing dollars in his hand and not throwing them, as this was my initial intention. I actually had a separate order..
So I WIN!!!! peace and positivity rules!!!
However, I will never visit this Subway again!!!!
I will contact Subway headquarters to inform them of how their little franchise behaved!!!

took the customer behind me order first instead of taking mine who next after the customer he finished attending. He’s a tall indian man. always staring at me as if i was doing something wrong. i always come here for lunch but stopped coming due to him.
