We have had 2 separate instances over the course of the last 3 years where we have placed an order for delivery and it has taken 2 hours for receipt. The default response is there is only one driver scheduled. I don’t believe the store can handle the demand of their service territory. I will give kudos as the latest staff did offer to void the order after 1.5 hours of waiting and 2 phone calls. The irony that this chains slogan used to be “subs so fast your freak” is at least entertaining. We will go back to pick up only or drive to another store to receive better service.

Delivery time is embarrassingly bad. An hour and forty five minutes for delivery. First time whatever but it’s happened twice now. Jimmy johns is supposed to be known for speed, but St. John apparently never got the memo. Never ordering from them again.

I’ve never had any issues with this Jimmy John’s & I’ve been coming here for 12 years. I’ve dined in, ordered out, and used delivery and have zero complaints. Carol is the sweetest sandwich maker and her smile shows how much she cares and loves her job. Keep up the great work St. John!

We travel a lot and visit many jimmy johns all over eastern country and this is the CLEANEST location we have ever been to and I’m so happy it’s right around the corner from our home! Crown point Broadway location could use tips from this manager for sure. Keep it up St John

I have a really sad experience with this store especially 2 cashiers. They have fun of my accent soonest I order a sandwich they start laughing including repeating the order with my own accent. I hope the franchise owners act on training their employees to respect clients. I’m American like them but different color.

They accidentally delivered my subs to the wrong address accidentally so I called up and the manager made it right gave us three more subs and also three more sub subs for next time so I just wanted to say I really appreciate that and appreciate the manager for making it right and the subs were very delicious. Thank you again.

On August 2nd our Jimmy Johns driver Amanda was so sweet and our phone didn’t update to tell us our order was out for delivery so we didn’t meet her so Amanda walked our food all the way to us in the softball park. We appreciate that and know she didn’t have to do that. Amanda deserves recognition for her kindness. Thank you!

I love the sandwiches and the chips here. They are always good and the same. The wraps however are not anything to talk about. I had the one with the chicken and jalapeño and it hardly had any chicken. Not great. Also love the dill pickle chips! I really hope they stay. Cookies aren’t the best either. Feel like they could use a new recipe. Also the delivery always takes a while from here nuts never “freaky fast” anymore. In all not bad.
