After an hour of waiting and no information through the website tried calling multiple times. After four tries finally got an answer the lady and very broken English let me know my order was on the way. Twenty minutes later my wife calls because nothing has arrived then a man answers and says he believes our food is on the way, we explain we have spent over a hundred dollars and would like more than I guess. So she asked again if the food was out for delivery he said sure and hung up on her. This is absurd to me that business would operate this way. Always ordered here this will be my last time.

Apparently the chicken chow mein is NOT noodles. It’s something completely different than what chow mein is.
I called to ask about it. He said he’d credit it. Fine…but after tasting the rest of the food. I was severely disappointed. I called to ask if I could bring the food back for a refund because it was NOT getting eaten. This food is literally not touched.
The man on the phone (maybe the owner) was very rude stating they don’t do refunds. After I stated this food is not touched or eaten. It’s a restaurant, if I sat down and didn’t like the food. It’d be taken back and refunded. Or I could choose something else. He said it’s not in their policy to give refunds. I asked for that in writing, he could give it to me. Told me they they’ve been doing this for 30 years. Well it’s time to stop b/c even my toddler and mother didn’t like the food.
The man told me maybe I should order from another place next time. But this is literally my first encounter with the y’all since moving to the area and that’s how y’all’s customer service is?
I’ve worked in food service. If a person called and spoke about not enjoying their food. I have seen my manager or have been the one to give a refund. Because you shouldn’t have to pay for something you’re not going to eat. I offered to bring the food back for my refund to show it won’t be eaten. I just wanted my money back. I didn’t even get an item I originally ordered. This place is horrible and I will NOT be returning.
