Guys, give a raise to the wonderful Payton!!! I asked for a sweet onion chicken teriyaki salad. I was asked what veggies first, I obviously asked for lettuce and wasn’t given enough for everything else that ended up going on it. I asked for tomatoes and she put 5 slices and I said that’s way too much and she only took 1 off. I asked for onion and it was perfect amount for me( I really like onion and it was plenty). I also asked for a pinch of green pepper and she grabbed handful, I tried to say too much and she once again took off 1 piece. By this point I was very irritated. Then we moved onto cheese, which is where I really had issues. I have a medical condition and doctors have said I can have it but very small amount (specifically less than 1 cup per week) and she put a handful after I explained about medical issue and had asked for a pinch! Then it came to the meat and she put what would go on a double meat footlong, which I never asked for that much! All in all by the time I was able to actually eat the salad after removing what excess I could I barely had half of what I started with. Very disappointing after working for a loves subway myself in the past. I was always told start small and if they ask for more give them more. Rule of thumb was you can always add extra, but it’s hard to remove if you put too much! Sad to say I was still hungry after finishing! First picture is what I had left second picture is what I had to remove and throw away!

I had the best sandwich and service today! Not many people in Pueblo smile, especially at work. NOT TODAY!!!!

I eat at subway once in awhile and I get the Italian with vinegar, extra vinegar on it and oil. Classic Italian is my favorite sub. Chips and soda. It’s not my favorite place for a sub but it’s convenient and cheap enough. I just wish they put more meat slices on it because I have to pay extra for the meat and cheese to make it normal.

The employee with the long ponytail at the subway sucks! Will never go back even if it was given to me! Rude employee who thinks making customers angry is a funny pastime just makes customers take their money and go elsewhere! Way to go lose money and customers… Will go across the street and get better service!

The woman who worked on Monday at 14:40 05/19/2025 behaved very rudely. The customer told her 5 times what he wanted, she pretended not to hear him, after he finally got her attention and once again said what sandwich he needed, she did everything the opposite of what the customer asked, depriving the store of profit and the customer. She did not react to the words of the customer. She behaved defiantly arrogantly and disrespectfully towards the customer … such people should not work in the service and repair industry.

I always like Subway for the price and flexibility of making my sandwich the way I like it without feeling like I am inconveniencing anyone. They have all the right options. I don’t usually eat sauces but they have the olive oil option which is great!
