Oh how the mighty have fallen. Very disappointed with the quality food at this Panera. For quite some time the level of food has been going downhill. But today was the last straw. Broccoli cheddar soup is just watery and nothing in it. Not even BROCCOLI LOL. I ordered a chicken bacon rancher and got a giant piece of bread with two thin slices of chicken. My partners food haD stale hard cheese. The staff looked like they couldn’t be bother to correct the issue. They took their time making a new one which made my food get cold as I waited. Overall very poor experience.

How the powerful have fallen. Extremely dissatisfied with this Panera’s meal quality. The quality of food has been declining for a while. However, today was the final straw. There is nothing in the broccoli cheddar soup; it’s just watery. Not even BROCCOLI, haha. I received a huge piece of bread with two small slices of chicken when I ordered a chicken bacon rancher. There was stale hard cheese in my partner’s dinner. The employees didn’t seem to care enough to fix the problem. My dinner grew cold while I waited for them to finish creating a new one. Overall, a pretty bad experience.

Food… Is… Not the same :/ I miss how it used to be back then when the food was actually good, the bread was fresh, and the drinks tasted like something.
Bathroom also smells like a public NYC toliet. They never fixed that for years and now it’s awful as the smell permiates into the dining area.
Unsure if this place is will still be open with the planned renovations.

I stopped by with my family. — despite us placing a large order, the order was both accurate and made rather prompt. I presume the Manager is who took our order— she was hospitable, detail oriented, and went above and beyond with Customer Service.

This was quiet and calm in the morning. I love this and for any person seeking solace. I had the 4cheese quiche and chai latte. I also tried the steak and wake sandwich. All were cooked well and tasted delicious. Service was patient with indecisiveness. Thank you! Once I got a good handle on what I wanted, she was quick to gather all baked items and order. So kind are the ladies in the back who gave a “good morning” greeting. All in all, I will come again for a mommy morning break. Thank you all.

We eat at all the Panara restaurants while traveling where available. This one is the east Brunswick mall location. It definitely needs a good cleaning and overhaul…the years show on this location…but beyond it being down right dirty..the food is unlike any Panara we dine at. The portions are small the sandwiches your lucky to get the filling on one side only enough meat for a quarter of the bread…so they spread it out paper thin to cover the bread. If your salad or sandwich calls for topping good luck..when I questioned why my Fuji salad didn’t have any Dryed Fuji apples on it I was told oh we ran out a couple days ago and didn’t get them in yet !! It just goes on and on ….last of all I asked to speak to a manager and was told they left for the day…
