I stopped in just about 10 mins ago and grabbed a regular italian sub mikes way and it was delicious! the bread was extremely fresh and the sandwich was packed with meat! the girl who built my sub was extremely friendly and the second person who served me was friendly as well. they have a good range of chip selection which is something other sub shops in the area cannot say about themselves lol. The lobby is very clean and organized as well. I’ll definitely be back!

Coming off of three days voluntarily quarantining with a head cold (not wanting to get anyone else needlessly sick) and only having eaten a pizza that was delivered to me, and my super oatmeal. I decided to head to Jersey Mike’s for a sub. Famished, I came in wanting to order the entire store. However, I opted for the small tuna, and the regular roasted turkey subs.
No need to talk about the quality of food here. Food is always fresh and subs are always a healthy choice for a meal. If you can avoid all the delicous cookies and chips, and those darned savory Pepsi products! Still haven’t had a soda in over well over six months and I am craving one like it is nobody’s business!
Atmosphere here is always chill. Every Jersey Mike’s I have been to there is typically a chill vibe!
Service was excellent. Megan informed me she is going back and forth between this location and Watertown as they are currently opening up a new Jersey Mike’s in Watertown. Now that is dedication folks.

My hubby and I visited Jersey Mike’s for 2nd time only because it was their Day of Giving on March 29, 2023. The first time we visited (few months ago) we left without buying anything since we thought subs were overpriced (even tho we had a coupon at the time!). Since 100% of proceeds were going to charity, we decided to put the price aside and purchase a couple subs. We got Giant Club Supreme ($16.95) and Regular Philly Cheese Steak ($9.35). Subs were very good for a sandwich shop, but still feel they were overpriced, especially for the size of the regular sub! The staff behind the counter seemed to be in good spirits and were very friendly. It was a bit hard to hear them since the music playing was pretty loud. If I didn’t happen to look in the direction of the cashier, I wouldn’t have even known she was talking to me. Overall, good subs, but probably won’t eat here again due to prices. Maybe next year when they have their Day of Giving

Keep going back and forth unfortunately. 1 worker there makes the subs very well. Went in again and I ordered a veggie sub, no green peppers so she makes the sub with lettuce and cheese (as I wanted it) and literally puts 3 slices of cheese on it. Prior I said I don’t want the Swiss cheese, just provolone please and again 3 slices of cheese, lettuce and some mayonnaise for $8 is a lot. I don’t want to hover over a worker and ask them to put more on when the logical thing would be to fill it more with other ingredients. When I run out of coupons I won’t be going back. Common sense. Wish the workers would think would I pay $8 for this..hm. Nope? Ok then.

Super disappointed! I love Jersey Mike’s. Look forward to getting their sub when I’m out in Camilus. I decided to place an order online being I live in Cayuga county and was going out of my way to get subs for dinner. 7/20. After coming home and opening my sub it was not the correct order. What I got was literally a bun a few pieces of turkey and provolone with a crap ton of mayo. I’m sure they got the orders mixed up. That’s what I’m thinking at least. Tried calling the number and was constantly busy. So I’m stuck with a sub I don’t want I was lucky enough to have a wonderful husband that shared his sub with me. I guess I’m going to have to actually order in person so I can actually see what they are putting on my sub so I do not get the order again.

I went to Jersey Mikes tonight, 4/17/25 at the Camillus, NY location and had a great experience. The workers were exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. They answered my questions while providing suggestions and my subs were absolutely delicious! I wanted another one as soon as I got done eating! Nice job and I can’t wait to come back for more.
