The soft serve that they have is very rich and creamy and is extremely flavorful. Also, the milkshakes are super thick and excellent as well. Some of the staff are friendly and some could care less about being there. The soft serve is really good though.

Go here at least once a week year round. A Baltimore gem. Reasonable, yummy and doesn’t weight down your stomach. Sells happiness as much as soft serve.

I come here a lot and normally it’s pretty good. But tonight I was extremely disappointed by the customer service and the product. I ordered a double in a cup with sprinkles, and this is what I received. When I asked the girl if this was a double she just said “yup”. I have had singles from here bigger than this. Not to mention there was more sprinkles than there was ice cream.

I have been twice.
The staff has been very friendly, and the food very good.
For the most part, I have been very satisfied.
Only issues I’ve had is even though “mounds” is on the board as a topping, the young lady taking the order had no idea what it was and after I said coconut candy bar, she put simple coconut on.
That’s really wasn’t an issue as food is food for me and I enjoyed it nonetheless.
All in all very happy with the location, and will be visiting it and Peru’s chicken often.

This is in no way a critique on the young lady, service was polite and prompt, they are all new employees so let’s be patient.

Stopped here yesterday for the first time. We had a banana boat. It was delicious. $1 extra for strawberry preserves. We’ll try something else next time. Had to eat it quickly, because ice cream was melting when she handed it to us.

Every time I go, the ice cream has melted considerably before it’s even in your hand, their lids do not fit, nor do they even fit securely, and the staff has trouble understanding specifics of your order. You have to ask for lids And a bag if you need it. I literally live two minutes away. By the time I get home my ice cream is completely melted. It might as well be soup. Just a sloppy melted mess!!!! The young staff is too preoccupied with a hurry up attitude. They don’t take the time to do appropriate customer service, It’s like they don’t wanna be bothered.

This is our favorite ice cream shop in the area. We visit frequently and every time, they never disappoint. Not only do they have great soft serve, ice and floats, they have great prices which are especially generous for the serving sizes.
There is a drive thru option for convenience and it’s easy to get to. Our only complaint is that it’s not in walking distance from our house.
They’re open much later (12-10) later than any other local shops.
The establishment is wheelchair accessible and child and family friendly.
There is a small shopping center but it’s quiet enough to enjoy a special treat.
We love this little spot and will continue to enjoy ice cream dates at Miss Twist

I have been coming to Miss Twist since you opened. Over the past 6 months it’s gone from bad to worse. Almost everytime I have come through since you replaced your original staff, I have not been happy. Between employees obvious attitudes, attempting to not serve customers close to closing, along with a decrease in ice cream size. My family won’t be coming back.
