Brittany is an example of top tier customer service. She has the most upbeat personality and is always happy and smiling. In the brief time I spend at the drive-thru window, she makes the best conversation with me while my order is being made. I’m always laughing and happy whenever I pull away. It feels like she becomes a best friend in less than 5 minutes. You can’t train that kind of personality into someone. It’s just a gift.

This location is great! Nice, friendly employees and order is always made fresh, and accurate. Generally, I use the app to order and pay. My order is always waiting for me when I arrive and the employees are friendly. My order has always been accurate and tasty! I enjoy the Little Johns, thinny chips, and quartered pickle. If you are in the area, I recommend you check this location out! They have a drive-thru and are right next to Dollar Tree and Starbucks.

This place is very disorganized.
They forgot half the ingredients on the sandwich and put wrong ones on as well even though I stood at the counter and ordered it as they were making it.
The soda machine had no ice.
They were frantic and in the weeds constantly giving customers other customers orders.
