As someone with numerous food allergies, Ian Mendoza helped create a safe environment for me to eat without any worry or stress. He took the time to show me the nutritional for each flavor that was safe for my food allergies. On top of that he would go the extra mile and get a new pint with a clean spoon to make sure there was no cross contamination. This stood out the most because he truly cared about the safety of my health. For 26 years I’ve had these allergies and always had to be on my toes on new places to eat. And for the first time having Ben and Jerry’s, I am extremely grateful to Ian and his team for being so insightful and safe with my dietary restrictions.

Wow what an amazing owner and company! We had just come from a wedding at the courthouse and it began to rain so we were getting creative with our photo shoot and asked if we could buy some ice cream and take photos of the couple in the shop – the owner was so gracious and gave us our ice cream for free as a gift as well as gave gifts to the couple! I was blown away by his kindness to perfect strangers! Thank you so much for making their special day memorable!

This Ben & Jerry’s never disappoints! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a smile and the sweet aroma of freshly made waffle cones. They offer a great variety of flavors. I love how they keep the classics as well as some unique, limited-time options. The staff is always knowledgeable and ready to recommend the perfect combo if you’re undecided. Whether I’m in the mood for a waffle cone or a milkshake, everything is always fresh, flavorful, and indulgent. Definitely one of my favorite spots for a sweet treat!

I ordered a large cup. Supposedly three scoops. It costs $10. I ordered it using the food apps, and as a results, the order cost me nearly $20. What I received looked like a miniature cup of ice cream. I’m a small woman who doesn’t have a big appetite and even I was fuming at the size. Grrr.

Wow !!!!! This store is very clean and the staff members are off the charts ! One young man really stood out to me and he wore a backwards hat and a chain. His service was fenomenal. He was very kind and helpful. It was my first time coming to a Ben and Jerry’s and he helped me find the perfect flavor for me. You all are doing amazing !
