Have eaten there 7 times in 2 months. Only 1 order screwed up enough for me to call and complain. Had to be an off day because 1 of 7 is nothing. The burgers, fresh fries, shredded chicken, and coney dog is better than anything from any county fair .. you know what I mean! ALWAYS packed yet the freshes face gals at the window are always so kind, sweet, and don’t show the effects of how busy they are… a rare gem in these days. Reminds me of late 1980 something when I worked there like 2 or 3 owners ago . Goes to show great DNA isn’t just in humans, but great businesses as ❤️ well.

We made a trip to try this. I ordered hot cheese balls and apparently they don’t have those anymore and the brownie sundae in the pictures has real brownies, the one I was served had the little gooey brownie chunks. Overall, disappointing experience.

The ice cream cones are great here. Today, however, I decided to try a flurry. The top load ked like a sundae, so I said something to them. I was told there is always a dollop of ice cream on top and the rest is mixed. It was not mixed until I got to almost the bottom. It really was not a flurry at all. Like I said cones are great and ice cream is wonderful, but this was in no way shape or form a flurry. Also they made the wrong thing for the person with me. This person was not happy either. I will be back for a cone or soda, but not a flurry.

I remember when this was originally the Upper Sandusky Dairy Bar. We always went there when driving to and from visiting our family. The dairy bar is about an hour and 20 minutes from me. We always got the everything sauce
burger and curly fries. Then the owners sold it. When it reopened it was not the same. The 5 star burgers were now 1 star
What were the best curly fries were now half cooked and soggy. We never went back. I’d love to know if it’s improved and if they sell those everything sauce burgers and if their curly fries are any better now. Or perhaps they don’t even sell those anymore. They did have good milkshakes and root beer and coke floats.

This was my first experience with Mike’s since moving to Upper Sandusky. The place was absolutely packed and there were so many people running around the kitchen and drive through area I wad impressed with how quickly they operated as a team and still able to talk and laugh a little. I took 5 kids and everybody got something different and ALL of it was absolutely amazing. Great food, very good timely service and the only point I took off was due to the parking situation when the line wraps around the block.

My Co-Buddies and I walked our students from the school to our local ice cream shop, In Upper!
It was a proud teacher moment, our students did great. This was a very well deserved trip and our ONLY trip this year!❤️
HOWEVER…… The lady at the counter of OUR LOCAL ICE CREAM SHOP, Ask our children to stay outside. I was shocked to hear this….. Sooooo, here I am….. Lady, you have NO BUSINESS being in customer service!! And let me ask you 1 simple question, if a family of 12 came walking in the door that had children with disabilities, would you ask them to stay outside!!! You should be ashamed of yourself !
Needless to say, Me and my family will NOT support the LOCAL BUSINESS, by any means!

Seasoned fries was undercooked big t tenderloin was over cooked coke tasted like coke and root beer mixed fried pickles tastes like they was soaked in old lady perfume BLT had 2 strips of bacon and a pound of lettuce and tomato the only thing that we got that was ok was the cheese curds and again that was only ok and my pink flamingo drink was served with a hole in the bottom of the cup and I had to go in and get a new cup so I will never go there again somebody should be there to supervise the cooking
