I love biggby coffee. I frequent this location occasionally, and I am always happy. The line can get a bit long during morning rush or on the weekends, but the employees do a good job of being friendly and making great coffee. Most of the time, they remember my drink and start making it before I can even order. ☕️

I am a 70 year old tea drinker who stopped in for a little caffeine kick. Thought I would try one of the coffee options. I just wanted to go basic, maybe with a cocoa side note without a bunch of sugar or cream. Maddie, and Colleen were both enthusiastic about my rookie coffee status and went into coaching mode. They were both great about suggesting options and guided me to the perfect solution for my caffeine kick and I had fun in the process. Thanks so much for having an enthusiastic team who are well versed in all the available options, and patient with customers who aren’t. They may have converted me from the error of my tea drinking ways. Ha Ha

Baristas are always super rude when I go in, they act like they have somewhere better to be and make it known. If you hate your jobs so much, why are you still there?? Its ridiculous to me that they are in a customer service position and cant even be asked to smile or be a little bit curteous to the customer. If there was another coffee place in town, they’d have my business in a heartbeat. 1/5 stars.

Today it was really busy and I hate to complain when workers clearly seem overwhelmed but my chai didn’t taste good at all. I waited for over 20 minutes to get it and paid almost $10 for something that was gross. I had a great review a month ago when they were less busy but I can see how other reviews say this location is inconsistent. Busy or not the drinks should taste good at a base standard but I don’t even want to finish drinking this today unfortunately.
Even a middle schooler agreed it didn’t smell like chai at all.

It’s not BAD, per se, it’s just SO inconsistent. I order the same thing every time I come here (lg iced SF caramel latte, half sweet, no whip, add shot) and if I came here 7 days a week I’d get 7 different drinks. Unfortunately, they’re like the only coffee game in town because I’m pretty sure Courageous Coffee is open 4 hours a week

Yikes. The person making drinks made each drink, one at a time, even if they came from the same order. You’re supposed to lay out all the cups, put in all the syrups, do it step by step based on all the drinks in the order and this person was not doing it that way. Our hot drink was done start to finish before our blended drink was even started. The blended drink was only 3/4 full in the cup so with the lid on, it was more than 2/5ths whip. Took forever to get our drinks. The cashier wasn’t offering help to streamline service. Basically, don’t expect to get your drink quickly if you stop here, or at least give them a few months to properly train these folks. The 5 stars for food was because Decaf Teddy Bear is delicious & perfect and my daughters Mint Chip Cream Freeze is good, even though it has a ton of whip.

Asked for a 16oz butter bear extra shot. They gave me the 12oz…. Told them that’s the wrong size. So what do they do? Not re make my drink, they just pour it into a bigger cup add more ice and a shot of flavor and called it good. Biggby is by far the worst coffee franchise in ALL OF MICHIGAN. Thanks for drowning out the espresso when you SHOULD have made a new one. Get off your phones and pay attention!!!!! Never returning.
