We recently visited the Burger King at this location on a Saturday afternoon for lunch. The experience at this location was really bad. I felt the need to share this experience so that others don’t experience the same problems we did. The fries on all three of our meals were so incredibly salty, they were inedible. I purchased a whopper, junior meal and the burger patty on my hamburger was smaller than the burger patty on my daughter‘s kids meal hamburger. My other daughter ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich, the most expensive on the menu, and she too, had an issue with the salt content she didn’t even finish the sandwich because she said it just tasted like salty nothingness. We ordered three meals and the total was over $26 even with one item being free. The customer service was subpar. The girl that rang me up wasn’t able to figure out how to give me my receipt the receipt she originally gave me was someone else’s. People going through the drive-through were coming in and out of the store because their orders were wrong. Something was missing, their drink wasn’t filled as well as a number of other problems. I am not interested in visiting this location again ever and I’m seriously considering not going to Burger King at all.

Food is what you’d expect. Kinda meh, but hits the spot when you are looking for a quick burger that isn’t mcgreasy. Today the staff was just not on it. Moving slow, missed half my order, when I went in to get the rest of my order, there was no pep in their step. They moved like turtles. I get its just fast food, but you asked to work there. If you dont like it, the go somewhere else. I probably wont be back after this experience.

Most of the staff were very friendly. Kids meal – they were out of toys, offered a cookie. Wanted a Halloween bucket, nope out of those also. Halloween nuggets, cute idea but they were awful. Only decent part of the trip was the Mummy mozzarella stix. Audrey & manager very friendly but they seemed to be the only ones.

All food was made to order. Staff was welcoming and helpful. The atmosphere was clean and organized. We were using a coupon for our meals and was a great deal fotmr two to eat for under $20.

I went to the store on 38th Ave. Moline
My receipt said they took my order at 8:34 PM. That left 26 min to eat in, as the dine in ends at 9 PM. I ordered a single whopper value meal, medium size. It took nearly 10 minutes to get my food. Finally the counter guy asked the food prep guy if he could complete my whopper. Which had been sitting in the prep area for some time, while they filled drive up, after drive up orders. When I finally got my food, they apparently didn’t feel like making more fries. Which is funny, because the drive up is open for two more hours. When I opened my bag and ate, the Whopper wasn’t cold but it wasn’t hot either. Then they used onion rings so they could fill the medium fry box. (See picture) I hate onion rings.

Great service..DURING THE DAY. Seems like night shift is always short staffed with stressed looks on their face…this doesn’t seem right watching only 3 people all run around to make sure it’s “fast” food. Do better Burger King!

We come here usually for breakfast on Sundays before church. I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad experience here. They are reasonably priced. The location is easy to get to. The workers are consistently friendly at this location.

While this place has done much better in the last year or so, I do have one complaint. EVERY SINGLE TIME I order no onions, I get onions! I’m starting to feel like they are doing it on purpose at this point. I just don’t understand how this happens every time I come here. My kids are very picky and won’t eat their burgers if there were onions on it, even if I take them off they say they can still “taste them” We don’t eat out often and I hate buying my kids fast food but if I do, it’s Burger King. I’m usually in a hurry when I come here so if they mess up my order, I don’t have time to go in, complain, and wait for new food. Plus I kind of feel like they might do something to it for complaining. I’m not trying to be difficult, I’m simply asking for what order and pay for. It’s crazy to get a burger that says no onions right on the outside of the burger just to open it and have onions on it. Is it really that hard? Now I do usually get all the items in my order so I can’t complain there but PLEASE pay attention or take the extra second to make sure special orders are correct!

I ordered an Impossible King, which comes with cheese (I got confirmation on this from Burger King). The last 4 times I opened my burger to find NO CHEESE! How hard is it to make a burger properly?

I hate to say it, but something with my order is always wrong when I go Burger King.
The burgers are also meh, quite dry, and fries are warm (almost never fully hot).
I still enjoy the food when I have coupons, but normally won’t visit to buy at full price.
