Domino’s has always been my go-to spot since childhood. To put a review today hurts me as much it hurts you.
Ordering by phone was a painful experience for me. I had been redirected 3 times to eventually a store attendant who spoke way too fast for a person who should be taking orders. He was blunt and rude. Practically frustrating on my end.
My order was delivered ahead of schedule. I gave the driver $10 tip to break. He gave me 10 bills back and took another 5 from my stash.
What’s more I asked the location to cut my pie to 9 slices to feed 3 people and little pie for me. I got 6 slices in total and now I am forcing my dinner to my people and nothing for me. Why does Domino’s need to deliver 3 boxes when they are giving me half of everything. What kind of job are you running here?
Not happy at all.
Ordering more pizza from hardworking local pizzerias that won’t do this stuff to their local customers.

I recently had the pleasure of ordering from Domino’s, and I must say that their customer service was top-notch. The person who took my order was polite, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. The delivery person was also friendly and professional, making sure to check that my order was complete and in good condition before leaving. The food arrived earlier than expected and was hot, fresh, and perfectly cooked. The crust was crispy, the toppings were generous, and they included plenty of dipping sauces and seasonings. Overall, I highly recommend Domino’s for their excellent customer service, speedy delivery, and delicious food.

the food has always been good from here but the delivery is MESSED UP. i’ve never experienced this at another dominos but they’ll mark the order as “delivered” almost immediately after i place it… and then i’m waiting at my door for it to arrive anywhere from 20-40 minutes. what’s the point of the tracker if you don’t even use it?! it just causes so much confusion. the delivery people are always really nice which sort of makes up for it but still could they just use the tracker correctly like ever other place does?

Ordered online. waited 15 min before leaving to pick up. When I arrived at the store (5 min from my home) was asked my name and told will be a few minutes so I sat down and I waited and waited and waited atleast 20 min Was not acknowleged again. I then stood up at the counter and was ignored and after a few more minutes just left! People if you are in customer service You need to keep you customers informed!! DO NOT Ignore the situation! Obviously my order was skipped over and I realize they were busy But to let me sit there and not even update at all. unacceptable!!

WOULD NOT RECOMEND!!! Poor communication- pizza was over an hour and a half late, from expected delivery. One of the drivers had a flat and didn’t call to let us know. Second driver called and said he was on his way. We called the main place 20 minutes later when the guy didn’t show up and said he would only be a few minutes; he was not. We wound up cancelling the order after waiting another 20 minutes after we called the main place. I have no problem if issues arise during the delivery process as long as there is communication going on. Sadly there was none. I will never order from here again and recommend others do the same.
