I had another wonderful experience at KC Noodle in Lee’s Summit! This place is always consistent. There’s plenty of free parking, which makes it very convenient, especially during busy hours. The restaurant is clean, modern, and has a great vibe. It’s also kid-friendly, so it’s perfect for families.
The service was fast and attentive, and we didn’t have to wait long for our food. If you’re in a rush, it’s also a great spot for to-go orders.
They have a large variety of menu options. The appetizer trio is a must-try. It’s a combination of different favorites and definitely worth the price. I had the Pad Thai. The texture was perfect, and the spice level was just right. We also ordered the chili chicken, and it was so flavorful and absolutely delicious! The Thai iced tea was the perfect finish, sweet but not too sweet, just balanced perfectly.
Overall, great service, great food, worth the price, and a comfortable atmosphere. Highly recommend KC Noodle!

I ordered the cashew nut chicken, and the spice level was just right — flavorful with a perfect kick. During lunchtime, you also get a free salad or soup on the side, which is a great bonus. For dessert, I had the mango sticky rice, and it was amazing. The texture of the mango and sticky rice together is absolutely the way to go! I also tried their bubble tea — the sweetness was perfect, and the boba had a great chewy texture.
They also have a kiosk for placing to-go orders if you prefer self-service, which makes everything very quick and convenient. When I went, I didn’t have to wait long at all for my food.
It’s also very kid-friendly! They have a kids’ menu and highchairs available, which is perfect for families. No reservation is needed most of the time, but you may want one on weekends since it can get busy.

KC Noodle has absolutely fantastic pho and has quickly become one of our go-to spots. We always order the chicken pho, and it’s consistently delicious every single time. The broth is flavorful, comforting, and clearly made with care, and the chicken is always tender and fresh. Consistency like that is hard to find, and KC Noodle really delivers. I stopped by for lunch today and had a great experience. The food was really delicious. I especially loved the lemongrass pork noodle. The pork was juicy, tender, and full of flavor. The drunken noodle was amazing too.

Stopped in earlier in the week and had a wonderful sit down dinner. With the wide variety of dishes I decided that I wanted to try more and see if they also held up. Kids ordered some Pho, I got Thai Khao Soi, and a few other dishes, they were quickly prepared and delicious. Was greated politely by the staff and was shown everything before I left. Although I would have preferred a spicer dish(I ordered the hottest), it was creamy, flavorful and still quite delicious. I’m glad to have this type of Cuisine in the greater Lees Summit area. This was also my first time ordering a Bahn Mi and the sweet waitress recommended the beef or pork with lemongrass. I chose pork. It was PHENOMENAL. Beautifully tasty pork in this sticky sauce that was tangy and fragrant. I didn’t get cilantro cause I hate it (fight me). But if you choose to get it I’m sure it’d be a lovely pairing. The fresh veggies in it were also so crisp and refreshing. And the bread?! Ugh… I’ll be coming back.
Bonus! I got the mango boba base drink with blueberry popping boba. Just hovers between subtle and sweet. Perfect pair.

This place is WONDERFUL!!! From the sweetest server we’ve ever had to the food that I just couldn’t stop eating (Yellow Curry, this place does it the best!!), KC Noodle delivered in every possible way! I only wish we had gotten our server’s name, as her attentiveness was downright stellar. The way we were treated, you would have thought this was a 5-star restaurant in NYC!!
