My concern was the hygiene. I saw her use the same gloves to collect money and then prepare food. Staff has no basic cross contaminatoon knowledge. She also was not wearing the mask appropriately-(below her nose) I was unable to enjoy food purchased -money wasted. Owners should provide staff with more education around this subject.

I didn’t even like raspados or yogurt with trigo(is that how you spell it? Never had this before but it’s very unique and tasty) until I tried these..Now I’m ADDICTED! ALL their flavors for their raspados are so refreshing and delicious. I’ve tried about 5 or 6 different flavors so far and all are amazing. It doesn’t taste artificial at all! I asked the owner what he does different and he just said he “uses real fruits and nuts” to make his raspados. So glad to hear a business takes pride in the materials they use and not depend on artificial food. The yogurts are like nothing I’ve had before, so easy on my stomach since I’m lactose intolerant, and I’ve never had a problem. Sweetest family you’ll ever meet and they truly appreciate their customers. I felt it’s time to write a post since I go almost daily. Their menu is wonderful and you can try something new every time and love it. Thank you Barrancos fruit! You’re my new go to for any snacks! Especially in this heat!
