You might think my account looks like a gimmick and fake but it is not. Very good would come here again food was delicious and there is a sports bar on the other sides. Food took 20mins to come our and it was worth it. Atmosphere os very nice and modernised as it was refurbished a few years back. A must need for coming here.

All of my life I’ve never eaten meat. It made me very unwell. The following day the doctor sent me to hospital where I had blood tests and a CT scan. I told Onslow Balti Lounge about this and they were awfully rude to me.

We order from here regularly and all is usually ok. Tonight was not up to standard. It two hours to reach us with no updates on the app. The food was cold and the curry was watery and tasteless. The pot of mint sauce was spilled in the bottom of the bag and we didn’t need it anyway as there were no.poppadoms

Absolutely awful customer service from the manager.
My friends and I ordered a take away on Tuesday, we placed our order for delivery for 6:45pm, which arrived at 8:15pm.
The food all needed to be re-heated as it was freezing cold.
I rang the restaurant to speak to the manager to explain for him to tell me not to order from there again, as they don’t need our custom anyway and hung up!!!!
£75 we paid for our order for our friends birthday night in, and it was the worst food I’ve ever tasted! It all went in the bin!
Appalling customer service and disgusting food; you’ve definitely lost our custom!!!!!!!

Ordered online and gave 2 hours notice. Food turned 45 minutes late and cool. Had phoned twice and told them it was our first time with them and I would be putting bad review regarding delivery time After heating in microwave chicken wings were inedible. Main courses had no taste, husband added chilli to his so it became a bit more authentic. I’m not sure if I put blindfold on that I could have said what I was eating. Very expensive for poor quality and very disappointed. Do not recommend anyone go there unless you want bland, coloured food and you don’t want value for your hard earned money.

Placed an order online, I called to pay over the phone and was told it would be an hour which is pretty normal for a Saturday night, nearly 3 hours later my order arrived after another 2 phone calls. although the food tasted lovely, all dishes were very short of chicken (only 3 to 4 bite size pieces in each) staff over the phone were polite and apologetic but probably won’t reorder again

First time back since the start of the pandemic. Food here is always excellent and it is our goto place for takeaway. The premises have been refurbished to a high standard and now has an excellent modern neon vibe to it. The staff remain attentive and friendly. The food is outstanding as always.
Update: went here on Father’s Day and the service and food remains outstanding … Still our restaurant of choice.
