Very clean and the staff is super friendly! I forgot the full name but it was Turtle Mocha I think. Pretty good! They are connected to a bank so that’s the open area on the middle of the two places. I’d come back! They do have a drive thru!

Caribou Coffee has been a fun new option for coffee, drinks and treats! The employees have been consistently cheery and helpful. Today, I got a chocolate croissant and large mango peach energy drink for under $10. Both are delicious!

I love Caribou. I missed it for so long and now that there’s one in my hometown is wonderful. I had a large order as I was ordering for 6 people. The staff were lovely and so patient with the excessive amount of coffee. I hope one opens near where I live currently.

Update 11/7/24: Iced coffee doesn’t mean 1/3 coffee and 2/3 ice. How aggravating that every time I get a large, I end up with a small.

Don’t read the horrible reviews because they are wrong! The customer service here has been great since they opened! (and I’ve been almost every day since they have opened). Everyone is always very pleasant and if the wait in the drive thru has been longer than anticipated they always apologize. Be prepared however to pay at least $5+ for a medium drink or larger. It’s probably the most expensive coffee shop in Delaware county but the coffee is good and if you download the app you will earn points and free drinks fast. Please remember they just opened in May of 2024 so be patient and kind as the staff is still learning. @Caribou I’ll take a free coffee for the nice review

unfortunately i do not have a lot of photos of my drinks and food. but i have had their cake pops, maple waffle sandwhich, cinnamon bread loaf, maple oatmeal… their berry, strawberry, and peach fruit shakers. their frozen vanilla shaker, and the campfire mocha. everything i have had from there is AMAZING! it’s expensive but it is so so worth it. the drinks are so good & there are tons of syrups and other toppings. i hate coffee, always have, but these are amazing. i love the vanilla coffees, and all the cool flavors of the mochas. i haven’t had them yet but they have mint, berry, truffle. etc. now i got my work & family addicted!
the rewards system is also amazing. you rack up points quick, i have already gotten 4 of my drinks for free!
they have been so kind & organized since opening! the staff is always so generous & helpful with orders. we will be coming back… you’re our new addiction in my house!

Continue to be grateful that Caribou has returned to Central Ohio!!! I did learn today, however, that the Lumberjack sandwich is not something you try and eat while driving. Definitely pull into a parking space or eat inside.
