I have lived and worked in Philly and NJ outside of Philly off an on for the past 30 years. I’m currently here in Aurora and am ALWAYS skeptical. But the reviews were good so I got my hope up a bit. I ordered online and picked up – and the staff was friendly when I arrived and everything was ready. Great experience. And the food? Wow. Really really good. Great steak. And lots of it – no bare bun at the ends of the rolls. Will definitely make this my go to place for a cheesesteak. I might find something close – but nothing better. A truly fantastic Philly cheesesteak.

I love a good cheesesteak sandwich and this place is not only among the best I’ve had, they’re open 24 hours! The steak is cooked nicely & it’s a generous portion that’s tender, and tasty, as are the sautéed onions, peppers & mushrooms (which you can customize), the cheese is divine and the roll is soft, delicious and encases the ingredients perfectly…except that they’re actually overflowing a bit. They’re well wrapped and placed in a nifty container so they’re still hot when they get to you. It’s impressive to have a company think of the customer these days and go the extra mile to make sure they’re receiving your quality sandwich so it’s just right when it arrives.
PS. The leftover other half I can never finish holds up & tastes just as good the next day.

It’s not even a real restaurant, just a brand of I-HOP! There is no physical location and you have to go into an I-HOP and cluelessly ask every employee if this place actually exists. If the food was amazing I could overlook this (maybe?), but it’s as good as I-HOP can do but worse by the time you get home. Soggy, saggy, and sad.
