Well, 7 months later I waited before trying them again…and again I’m DONE!! I called and spoke to the Store Manager Janet and let me just add she was BEYOND RUDE!!! I told her the issue with ALL our sandwiches and since she made mine she kept saying it’s not wrong. Extra mayo is one extra pass of mayo if we want more we have to specifically tell them instore. I order via the subway app and she kept saying well u have to tell us. SMH. She offered to just add mayo if I take in my cold cut combo. I ordered 3 sandwiches and all three had issues. When I asked when the owner is in I was told he comes whenever he wants. Wow! And not in a polite manner, but very rudely. But if the owner sees this: Sir, you need an entirely new staff. This is a continuous problem and this team is clearly incompetent. I have 20+ years experience in the food industry alone and I would never treat, allow to treat, or encourage the treatment of customers that I have experienced today! NEVER GOING BACK!!

Twice I have been told I have to wait until a phone order has been completed, mind u there are no other customers in the store. Worker was rude, said she was not able to give the manager’s name. Definitely needs to work on her customer service skills, by reading other reviews, I’m not the only who’s had bad service at this Subway! Definitely don’t recommend this place, I would give it a zero star if that was an option. Business lost a $35.00 sale as I went to another Subway location and received much better customer service!

The manager really needs to get some customer service training in because her way of dealing things is not it! If you want subway in othello, go to the one located on 1st ave in the 76 gas station. Those guys have excellent service and made my food worth the wait!

I went in and the place is really clean. The girls that were helping us were really mean, I didn’t see a smile or even a hi from anyone there. I think that a person should be pleasant when they are serving someones subs. Maybe not have a conversation but at least give eye contact. Not the customers fault of anything that is going on with that person that day. I had a card, coupon that the other Subway had handed out and they wouldn’t honor it. I was okay with that but what I wasn’t okay with was the moldy tomato I got in my sandwich. That was really gross I will never buy Subway from there again. I rather drive a minute or two longer and even wait a little longer to get a good sub.

literally our lunch time was gone because we were waiting for our order online. I place an order online to just pick up my food, be able to eat in peace after stressful hours of work and now I have to wait for my order for 40 minutes??????

Every time we ordered platters ahead of time they were late getting them done. I don’t blame the employees, but management doesn’t seem willing or able to schedule enough people to get the job done.

Too long to get waited upon, employee in front said that they had to make the internet orders first. There was another employee that came from the back and confirmed that and returned to the back. After 40 minutes, we still had not been waited on. So we left.

Online orders are not going through so they’re not guaranteed the price it’s online in store you cannot use a coupon that’s been scanned onto your phone eitheir Wi-Fi is down and that’s why nothing is coming through.and why is that the customers fault..not the first time either
