I really liked this place! I’ve been to previous carnations of this location. It’s changed hands and businesses over the years, but I hope these guys stick around! Nice selection! All good food, and despite my horrible Vietnamese, we made it work!
Really impressed with their Canh Chua. If I bring my parents, I’d tell them to make it WITHOUT the sweetness, and more sour for them. For me though, that sweetness was a nice modern touch! I was really impressed where certain things would normally be added in for flavor, but I wouldn’t take a bite into it, here, they actually boiled it to a point that you could still safely bite into it, and because it was drowning in the broth, still had flavor! GENIUS!
Tried their venison take on Filet Mignon, and because venison is really lean, if your teeth aren’t as strong, you might have trouble chewing on it, but I liked it! To be clear, it’s not over-cooked, just very lean! Still full of flavor!

The variety of food here is extensive and interesting. I enjoyed seeing exotic foods on the menu and got a set and fried frog legs. The AC could use improvement in the summer, as a boiling pot of catfish in front of me was overpowering any cooling the fans and AC were imparting.

Great family owned spot for delicious Vietnamese dishes that you can’t as always get. The crispy rice cakes were delectable with a hint of chive and a perfect crunch. The fried chicken was so moist on the inside and crispy with flavor without being oily. My favorite dishes were the whole cooked steamed fish, and the caramelized fish in the clay pot. Overall loved this spot for some home cooking. It’s not a fancy looking place but the service is good and kind with amazing food.

The baked catfish here is AMAZING! The other dishes are also worth a try but the star of the show is definitely the fish. Served with fresh herbs and veggies and all the other fixing. I’ve brought dozens of friends of all different ethnicities and all of them love this place. It’s a small, family owned business with good people. I’ve traveled the world and eaten all types of cuisine and this is one of my favorite restaurants.

We loved this restaurant! Every time we dine here, we always order fried catfish with rice paper and wrap with fresh vegetables and dipped with sauce! It was fun and delicious at the same time, and we enjoyed quality times with friends and family.

Why did I wait 5 years to try this place?!
I finally gave this Vietnamese restaurant a try after knowing about it for almost 5 years — I was hesitant because of the mixed reviews, but now I’m kicking myself for not coming sooner!

I ordered the bún nước lèo/bún mắm to-go for $18 (with tax), and wow — the portion was huge and loaded with toppings. The broth had a slight sweetness to it, which I personally loved. The shrimp were small but fresh, the roasted pork was crispy and flavorful, and the fish filet was tender with no fishy smell — exactly how I like it. They even included a big bag of fresh veggies on the side.
Definitely coming back.

Good variety and service. The sweet sour soup and pork sweet rice cake appetizer were the best among other dishes ordered. The venison was below average. Will come back to try the baked while fish.

Never eat here!!!
When I was nearly finished with my drink, I found several bugs in it!! Imagine how disgusting that was. What made it even more appalling was the staff’s response. They refused any form of compensation, citing the manager’s absence and the fact that I had already consumed most of the drink—which is exactly why I’m so furious!!!! They offered no explanation at all! This is absurd and completely unacceptable. This restaurant fails to ensure even basic food safety.

Would not have stopped but that I saw, lettered neatly on the sidewalk chalkboard, “Vietnamese Crepe” , and seeing as it’s not so easy to find Bánh xèo, and I like it, so I sallied forth. I was courteously welcomed and quickly seated and I ordered the Bánh xèo. It was delicious and I enjoyed it tremendously. I was most impressed with the many dishes described on the menu and I hope that I will have the opportunity to eat here a few more times.
