They are always short staffed. Don’t order online! It will be faster for you to just wait in line. They appear to prioritize people waiting in line over on-line orders.

Ok, so I feel like I may get in trouble for letting the general public know that most places to eat in downtown Houston are UNDERGROUND!! Nobody talks about this and being from out of town, it took us a whole day to figure out where everything was. BUT…good luck getting down there! 2 places in the whole downtown to enter from the street. It’s wild!!!!

So, anyway, this Potbelly location was great! But only if you can find it! Best of luck.

Skimpiest, smallest, saddest sandwich we’ve ever had…. No flavor, not enough meat. I got the turkey club, and she got a wreck… Both of us were disappointed, first time at Potbelly’s, i don’t like that you can’t see the other side, you can’t see the meats, the toppings, or the condition of what’s being put in your sandwich. Potbelly’s is pretty much a subways, same meats and cold cuts… I expected better quality… Last time we come.

The girl in the red hair is inept and awful at her job they charged me double for something I did not ask to order double off. The lady threw my bag and was not helpful and did not even give me my receipt. With her attitude she belongs in the unemployment line.

By chance I decided to stop in and grab some food and met this amazing young lady named Mercedes. I was undecided on what to get and she made a recommendation and it was amazing. As a tourist it was lovely running into such a dedicated employee. Next time I visit the city I will definitely stop by again

I use the app to order from this location 2-3 times per week, over time has generally been a good experience. Recent experience has been disappointing-one order defaulted to another location on the app, didn’t realize until I tried to pick up. Last week order wasn’t started when I arrived to pickup 20 minutes after scheduled time, today no dressing for the salad or utensils. If this location wasn’t so convenient I would stop ordering.

Made my online order with 45 minutes between my desired pick up time. Arrived and the sandwich was not ready. Waited and waited and 20 minutes later if was finally ready. I asked about 10 min in and was told it was now being made…
Ok, not the end of the world, no apology for waiting 20 min. Then I finally get back to my office and the sandwich was made incorrectly. Disappointed in the service from this location.
