Arrived just before closing. Staff was friendly. Did not have wait long for our pizza. The pizza was amazing. We ordered extra cheese and they did not disappoint.
Only disappointment was hearing from the owner that they might have to close due to lack of staff. What a shame!!

Pizza was wonderful. As seen in many other reviews the brown haired lady is just not pleasant at all. The dining space is cluttered with random things which would have been easily overlooked if the service was good. Regardless of how great the pizza was, I would not return. We received much better service from a teenager at a fast food restaurant the next day.

Pizza was good. Quirky owner, would not allow substitutions on the combo toppings. Nice to have bison topping, but silly not to allow you to mix and match.
Noisy and abrasive to be inside, when an order was up they took their metal spatula and whacked the metal shelving. The woman running the front of the shop was very sweet.

Being from the Chicagoland area, it’s tough to find good pizza while on vacation.
Big Time Pizza passed the test and what made the experience even more special is knowing it is a generationally owned establishment with the Dad doing the cooking and the daughter doing everything else.
It’s a shame no one wants to work at a place like this when help is certainly needed.
Hopefully the business keeps ticking along for many more years to come.

The pizza is good and the servers friendly. But $16.65 for a 12” pepperoni pizza served in a box with a paper plate seemed a bit pricey. It was the smallest pizza on offer. It would have been nice to have the option of buying it by the slice.
They had decent live music playing inside. I chose to sit outside as they have many options, most with good shade.
It is not fast food, so don’t go here if you’re in a hurry. But it is good. If I wasn’t traveling alone today, the 12” would have easily fed two (and would thereby not be over priced.
If you’re in the mood for pizza and want to find a place to hang with friends, this is a good option in Hot Springs, SD.

The pizzas here are absolutely worth it. I’ve worked many years with both restaurants and fast food pizza orders. The pizzas we’ve ordered so far were well cooked and very tasty. I’d definitely recommend trying this place out when you have a big group or if you just want one all for yourself. The only reason for me not giving this restaurant a 5 star was because of how many people were cluttered together when I tried to get my food. Beyond that I have no complaints and will definitely be returning to get more great food.

This was a random stop for dinner after walking through Hot Springs. It was a 45-minute wait, which I don’t feel is that bad. We ordered their quad pizza, which is four different pizzas on one. It was amazing pizza. If you are around the area and desire real pizza, not box store pizza. Hands down, I highly recommend trying a pizza here.

Had some of the best pizza of my life here, the owner has had it for 28 years and is awesome! Can’t recommend the pizza with bison, pepperoni and jalapeño enough.
The covered patio is also a great place to enjoy the SD weather!

I guess I just had bad luck. Picked up a pizza 10 min before closing time. The pizza was covered with parmesan cheese and the dough wasn’t fully baked. We ate one piece each after microwaving them and threw the rest. So it worked out to be $15 a slice. Oh well….
