This was my first time at a Jersey Mike’s and I was very disappointed in how inaccessible the restaurant was. There was only 1 low table that a wheelchair could pull up to and it was by the door furthest from the accessible parking spaces. Should a wheelchair pull up to this table, they would be blocking an exit door. This table was also the furthest from the bathroom. The bathroom required multiple turns to get into and the door weighed far to much for a wheelchair user to successfully open. There were also no hooks in the bathroom. The food was fine, nothing to write home about. The idea of salting it is outrageous, though.

Just a heads up for vegetarians, they don’t use a separate slicer for cheese vs. meat, we ask and they claim they never have.

I ordered twice through this specific store, through DD, before leaving my review. Both orders have been insanely wrong. The errors don’t even make sense, honestly. It’s like they’re just making what they want or don’t know the difference in cold cuts. These sandwiches are not cheap. When you get what you order, they’re great, but clearly you need to babysit the preparation. Once again, another waste of fifty bucks.

The sandwiches are good when they are made correct. 5/10 times I get a wheat wrap instead of white and wheat wraps suck. Just happened again and my husband had no bacon on his sandwich. Make sure to check your order even though they tape the bag, open it there and check. Im going to start doing that every time now. Would bring it back if it wasn’t so far.

Every time I come here the workers seem to work very hard and the place is always clean. The food is always good but I ordered two hot subs from here and when I got home to eat them I noticed the top of my bread was burned. That means it’s being left on the grill too long. That’s not okay especially since jersey mikes is not cheap. I won’t stop coming here but I thought I should just say something since this isn’t the first time I’ve gotten a burned sandwich. But other than that great job !!

Everytime I have ordered through the app my order has always been ready on time. Today I stopped in and waited while my sandwich was made and I’ve got to say the staff is one of the friendliest I have come across at all the businesses in the area. Very impressed with the service here. If you haven’t stopped in and tried it I definitely recommend you do
