Hands down one of the best BLT sandwich I have ever had. The lightly browned to a crisp and buttered sourdough mixed with the beautiful salty crispy bacon and fresh green lettuce and crunchy tomato, entangled my tastebuds. Coupled with Crispy tater tots, I paid less than $10

Not salty foods which were great. Warmth and coziness everywhere in a place. Clean, neat tables. Wonderful experience! They were so kind and nice. My family really appreciated it.

I have eaten there 3 different times. It is not good home cooking. For instance, my husband had a chicken fried steak there and it was a frozen breaded meat patty that was cooked in a deep fryer with packaged gravy (not white gravy) drizzled over the top. We also purchased a cinnamon roll to take home and it was old. Should have been thrown out the day before we bought it. The quality of the food does not live up to the price they charge.

I love this place! Miss Kelly! her delightful cook and waitresses always greet with that big warm small town USA smile! that smile that makes you feel right at home everytime. I’ve visited here many times and usually have an old school burger and fries! Did an omelette the other day that was awesome. The service is always exceptional the older lady on my very first visit was nothing shy of phenomenal she was so attentive and sweet. Food was wholesome and good traditional deliciousness.
I like this place a lot and especially the delightful folk that make this a special and worthwhile place to eat at each visit.

It’s frustrating when you review people who serve this small population, but here goes! Don’t order near 630-7ish. We ordered 2 chicken meals and the chicken was so dry it wasn’t edible. That was $30 wasted. Extremely upset!
We decided to try again (near closing).. same results- dried pasta and marinara sauce. Very disappointed! No more evening meals..
Her Chinese food is good! Love it for lunch!
Tonight was our second time ordering the chicken fried steak! We like it. It’s my son’s favorite. The first time we ordered it the portions were large and the food was excellent hot and very good.
Tonight my son ordered three orders of chicken fried steak. When we opened the bag at home there was barely any potatoes with a small amount of gravy. Son laughed and said “school lunch portions.”
I understand times are tough, but at $45 for that meal it was our last time. I’m done, but my son will probably continue to take his chances. I just want what I paid for!

Absolutely awesome soups, great sandwhiches, and crispy chicken strips. Quiet little diner atmosphere with wonderful people behind the scenes. Do yourself a favor and grab a bite here, and get the soup. They change every day and if all of the soups are as good as the Buffalo Chicken, I’ll be here every day.

Ordered to-go from here, a burger and chicken strips with fries and onion rings. Both were good, though the chicken strips were just a tad overcooked. The waitress was very friendly. Only complaint was the ranch dressing that we dipped our sides in was really bland But great food and service otherwise, and very reasonable prices.
