The general manager Rosa has a management problem. Went here with my family and was told to come inside because my order was too complicated. Also have gotten sick here had my sister dry heaving and throwing up popping blood vessels in her face. YUCK! The mash potatoes has granuales as if they stirred enough. Biscuits always hard and burnt. Mac n Cheese is not worth the hassle they never have it and its a 15 minute wait. The chicken too is never good and white meat never available at night without a wait. Would not recommend.

Ordered a spicy mixed 3 piece and they gave my 3 original chicken breast and 2 hot sauce packets. Like really?!? I hoped that when this location got a remodel that their service would go up. It’s the same terrible management that this location has always had trouble with. This is by far, the worst chicken restaurant in Seguin!!! Always has been and always will be!! I highly do not recommend! ANY OTHER CHICKEN SPOT IS BETTER!!!

My wife and I picked up a combo there today I ordered an extra biscuit! Guess what no xtra biscuit! when I called the lady said do u want to come get it? No I live in marion! OK next time come get a biscuit. I said oh just a biscuit she said thats all we forgot right. I said what no drink for the inconvenience she said no!

I will never return to Church’s Chicken after my recent experience. I placed a simple order—a three-piece combo with a side of corn—through the app and went to the drive-thru to pick it up. At the window, I was told to pull forward and park. When I asked why, since my order was small, the employee told me I was “holding up his line” and treated me like an inconvenience. I also had to ask for my drink, which wasn’t offered. By the time he brought it out, the rest of my order was ready—making the request to pull forward feel unnecessary.
When I pointed this out, he closed the window on me mid-sentence.
Once home, I discovered my food was cold, the biscuits were stale, and my jalapeño was missing. I called the restaurant and asked to speak with the manager—only to learn that the rude employee was the manager. I calmly expressed my concerns, but he interrupted me repeatedly, insisted the food wasn’t cold, and refused to provide his full name until I reminded him it was on his name tag. He then went a step further and threatened me, saying he was recording the phone call and reviewing drive-thru footage, as if I had done something wrong.
I was never rude—I simply asked a reasonable question and expected a basic level of respect and service. Instead, I was met with hostility and intimidation. This experience was not only disappointing but disturbing. The manager’s name, for those concerned, is Bryttany Messina.

I went and ordered thru drive thru ROSA started taking my order and I asked what specials they had , she told me a 3 piece and 10 piece I asked her again and she had attitude raised her voice . I said I’ll take the 10 piece and Then she asked me will that complete ur order ?? W attitude I said no how much is ur buiscuits? She said I think they are $1.49 each I said give me 3 for 2.99 and then she gave the headset to a guy and he finished taking my order when I get to the window I let the boy know about her attitude, luckily I saw the receipt w her name on it ROSA , I told the young white boy that she needs to work on her customer service . I wouldn’t be surprised if she was the manager but if she isn’t to the manager please talk to her , have some secret shoppers pull up on her !!!! I been In the business over 20 years she should be in the back washing dishes not in front of the house . Thank you !!!

Food was good but the lady that took my order was rude and very rude to the manager on the 11/04/2025. When I asked for manager I was told not a she but a he. Not appropriate! I don’t believe this person is a good employee. The manager was terrific!.

Due to short staff this location tends to be closed when we come into town, but they were open today. So we picked up some dinner. Chicken tenders, mashed potatoes, and my favorite are the jalapeño cheese bombers. Order was correct. Guy at the window was very nice.

Used to be decent, but whatever happened in the past few weeks has made things worse.
You arrive expecting things to be ready or close to being ready…but that is not the case anymore, you’re met with we do not have that or things are being made and its just slop.
Wish it was only today that it was an off day but its been happening for the last few times I got food from here.
Sadly as much as I loved things when it reopened, this will be my last time I will eat at this location.
Update: Gave it another chance and boy was that a mistake, service barely knew what they were doing and when we go our food it looked ok, but the moment I got home that was the end of that. dealt with food poisoning all day.
