We randomly stopped into Teriyaki Madness and I’m so glad we did.
It’s tucked into the shopping center on a pretty busy road, and somehow we had never even noticed it before. I was running into Dollar Tree next door and saw it, and we decided on the spot to give it a try.
Best little spur-of-the-moment decision.
The portion sizes? Generous. Like, actually generous. You’re not leaving hungry.
The cashier was friendly and welcoming, which always sets the tone.
And the food? Just good. Solid, flavorful, satisfying bowls.
We tried the chicken katsu and steak teriyaki. The steak was tender, the noodles were saucy without being overwhelming, and the veggies still had that perfect slight crunch. The katsu itself had a great crispy coating.
The only thing we didn’t love was the katsu sauce. It just wasn’t quite our favorite flavor. But honestly, that’s personal preference, and everything else more than made up for it.
It’s the kind of place that, once you know it’s there, you’ll keep going back.
Safe to say, anytime we’re on that side of town and haven’t eaten yet… we’re stopping in for a bowl.

Bowls are big. Regular great for one person but can feed two large can easily feed 3 people. Love that you can get what vegetables you want rather than having to pick them out. And you can have them on the side as well for those who don’t like their food touching.

First, I want to say that I am really picky. The food was so good. I ordered the chicken teriyaki bowl,I forgot to ask for chicken breast, totally my fault but I’m not mad. The chicken thigh was tender, juicy flavorful and not at all stringy like it is a lot of places. The portion size is big, enough for dinner and lunch the next day. The fried rice is one of the best I’ve had. The employees were really nice, greated me as soon as I walked in,we’re helpful. It’s a great place and was a great experience.

10/10!! This was my first time visiting this restaurant and I’m glad I did. The employee recommended the chicken teriyaki bowl with noodles, which is their most popular dish so I went with that. It came with a side, I chose the egg roll, and a fountain drink. I also decided to try the crab rangoon. When my food came out it was FRESH! When I tell yall that food was sooo good!! Literally a 10/10! Everything was very well seasoned and cooked to perfection. I will definitely go back! Also get more of the teriyaki sauce lol. It comes with one but I could definitely use 3 (not that it was dry but it’s really good). I also added yum yum sauce that I had at home and man it took it up to at least a 20.5 lol!

Staff rude and slow. Ordered online and it took me 20 minutes to drive there, only to be told to wait a few more minutes at the counter for my order. I’m still waiting for my food as I look at the backed up orders on their board.

First time in and it was amazing! Literally the young lady at the counters name was Amazing and she greeted us with a smile. Took our order and checked on us midway while waiting. The location is good, off the highway and good free parking. The food was fresh and hot. Good prices and selections. Vegan options are available. Will be back and most definitely recommend. We could eat there every other day and try different combinations.

I will not go back here unless I place an order 2hrs prior to my lunch. Every time I try to give them a chance, the service gets worse. I placed my order at 12:44pm, went to dollar tree for 40min. Came back, my food was not ready. The cashier looked for my ticket. The cook said they did not have a ticket under my name. I said well it’s been 40minutes and y’all took my money. I can not wait. And id like a refund please. He told the mgr, it took him almost 10 minutes to come from the back to process my refund. Refund at 1:25pm. I actually was on the phone with the bank to get them to cancel the purchase because he was taking so long. Once he came out he did not look at me, he did not address me, he did not apologize for the wait, he did not apologize for the mishap. He handed me my receipt and turned around and walked away without acknowledging me at all. Like I was the problem. They are super slow, and have no customer service skills. The only Good thing I have to say is that the food is always hot because they take so long so it’s made fresh.

My family and I dined in and enjoyed it soo much! The flavors of the bowls were on point with the beef and chicken! Veggies were great! Scenery is nice inside and the person who helped us were great, they asked if it was our first time and then recommended some items! Portion was big enough for a snack later too!

During my initial visit today, I ordered the regular Spicy Chicken Teriyaki bowl with noodles, which unfortunately did not meet my expectations due to an unfavorable flavor profile. Upon inquiring about the sauce and expressing my dissatisfaction, the staff promptly offered to prepare a new bowl, substituting the sauce with the Spicy Madness option, which I found to be exceptional. I commend the staff for their outstanding customer service; they effectively addressed my concerns and proactively provided a resolution, which significantly enhanced my experience and made me feel valued as a customer. Friday, 20 Sept – even though it literally took us over 35 mins to get our food, ordered at 7:43 got our food at 8:23, service was excellent, very friendly and they did apologize to me and my mom for taking so long. I told them they far a pass since it was technically day 1. So they will get another chance from me. Food was absolutely delicious. Mom had the teriyaki steak with fried rice and veggies, I had teriyaki chicken with yaki soba noodles and veggies, we also had crab rangoon, all was very tasty and good. We dined in. It was clean. Will recommend and will be back only con is they close at 9pm.
