The happy hour is incredible here! I was so thrilled with how delicious my Quarter Pepperoni pizza hit the spot and was so affordable. The happy hour deal got me a delish IPA on draft for only $4!!!

Will be back ASAP.

Delicious pizza! Soft and fluffy crust with crispy edges. The pizzas are huge! You can do regular or vegan crust with any of the toppings. I’m dairy free so I had vegan crust, and got the Hawaiian which had really juicy pork belly slices for the bacon. Service was great! Cute indoor space with lots of seating. I will absolutely be back and highly recommend. It’s a new favorite spot and I’m very excited for my leftovers!

Absolutely delicious pizza! I ordered a pepperoni pizza, and I loved that every order comes with ranch to top the pizza. Typically most places charge extra for ranch. Also, the employee who I ordered the pizza from said it would be 20 minutes, and he delivered the pizza exactly 20 minutes from when I ordered. The restaurant is also very nicely decorated. I would definitely recommend their pizza to others!

The pizza pies are square and they are delicious. Beer is good and cheap and wow those pies!! Supper relaxed and easy. Great parking. Photos are the Pepperoni and the #4. Mmmmm.

Great place to get take out! Quality is outstanding and so are the combination of flavors. Really consistent pizza across all of their locations.

This is more a personal choice for me. The toppings were good. Service was friendly. I would personally rank it a 3 star overall but that’s not really fair because I realized I don’t like Detroit style crust. I wish I had tried the pineapple pizza. We got the pickle and the piggies half and half. $40 is a lot for a pizza.

Incredible Detroit style square pizza. It’s like focaccia bread with toppings with crispy edges. I’ve eaten at multiple locations that ranch has and this is on par with the rest. 8 or so beers on tap and cans to choose from too. Shares a space with a coffee shop that’s good too. Right my ester short park and just a few blocks up from the Vancouver waterfront. Paid parking on the street to eat here but there is always spots available. $20 for an individual serving, a beer and tip.

Been a few times now and still love to get a quarter each time.

The size is perfect for one with sharing one of their yummy salads. I love the amount of different specials and “secret” menu options.

The vibe is great too as they share a space with Loro Coffee, I usually order pizza then get a drink while I wait.

The biggest reason I’m leaving a review is based on how their service is! We had catered them for a birthday and it was seamless to order and pickup on time.

Overall a great addition to Vancouver downtown!

We had heard mixed reviews but couldn’t wait to try Ranch Pizza. Upon arriving for dinner, it wasn’t busy at all. Like other eating establishments, you walk up to the register to order. We are not fans of this as it doesn’t give you enough time to peruse the menu, especially when there are others behind you. Our cashier was robotic, no welcome in, no smile, no energy and was not that willing to help with us first timers.
The place is nice, no problem there, and there was plenty of seating for us. We ordered one pizza, a special, the French onion dupe, a 12×12 size and some bread sticks. Have to say that we did have sticker shock. Is a pizza this small really worth 30 bucks? Flavor was decent, crust was decent, but we were left underwhelmed and felt that it wasn’t a good value, especially combined with the lackluster service. Perhaps the price of dining downtown nowadays? With so many great pizza options in Vancouver, it will make it difficult to think about a second visit.

The best pizza i’ve ever had! Everything tasted so fresh and the service was amazing! A little on the pricey side but the portions were very generous.
