I recently started going to this location and have been really disappointed with the service. I understand Little Caesars is a budget pizza chain, but basic professionalism should still be expected.
About a week ago I placed an order that had multiple mistakes, and the manager had to step in to correct everything. The pizza itself was good, but the experience getting it was not.
Then tonight I went back and found the doors locked and the open sign turned off nearly an hour before the posted closing time. On a previous visit around 10 PM, online ordering had also been shut off early and the staff acted annoyed that I was even there.
Good food doesn’t make up for consistently poor customer service and closing early without notice. I hope management addresses this, because right now this location does not reflect well on the brand.

Waited over two hours and the manager was yelling at everyone. The app said the food would be ready in 30 mins and the manager told people not to ask for an update even though it had been over 60 mins by this point. I’ll let the picture speak for themselves when it comes to cooking quality. I’ve emailed multiple times about my experience and nobody has reached out. Haven’t been back since and don’t plan on it.

Ordered 2 pizzas and a drink for delivery just under 2 weeks ago. It arrived burnt (one pizza worse than the other, but both burnt) and the drink was missing. The driver said they were never handed a drink and apologized. I know for a fact from past experience that you can’t remedy this through DoorDash because I ordered from little Caesars OWN APP. So I called the restaurant and was told I could call back and give my name for a remake on the order. If you are told this, THEY ARE LYING. I just called and tried to get the remake order and was told by the manager that my name was not on the list for remakes. First she said after a month the list renewed (which o wasn’t told when they took my name), so I checked and told her the order was made on 1/30, and she changed it to “it has to be under 2 weeks”, to which I replied, “that was just under 2 weeks ago though” and she said there was “nothing she can do” because I’m not on the list. This place sucks.

It was good other than what I went there for they didn’t have. But we end up getting the stuffed crust pretzel pepperoni pizza and it was fresh it was delicious the two people that helped were really nice.

Got an email saying to get my pizza from the cashier instead of the portal. Guy working said that got a code but I didn’t. After he told me which slot it was in, he told me to use the number from my original email. As I was leaving, I received an email saying that my pizza was ready for pickup which was immediately followed by another saying that I picked it up. As for the taste, something was different about the crust as it tasted entirely different from my local restaurant

Went in thinking it was open till 11 as stated on google. It was apparently open till just 10. However we got there at 9:45. Before we could even go into the store we were being waved away. “We turned off the ovens”. They told us before we could even get a word in. Literally we were being shooed away by hand waves. I like the pizza, but those who work there need to be trained better and actually stay open as stated.

Waited 47 minutes for this?! You guys made me wait THAT long and on top of that gave me burned food. No apology, no compensation, nothing. Oh, but the lady at the front made sure to throw her coworkers under the bus. Unprofessional. If I wanted crunchy puffs, I would’ve just made them myself. Tasted how they looked. BURNT!

This was supposed to be the extramostbestest cheese pizza.
It’s very dry. Little to no sauce as well as little cheese. You can’t tell by the photo but it’s really hard (even though they told me it was “made fresh”).
Very disappointed and wish I never wasted my money this way.
Will not be coming back. If I could give it a negative review, I would.

It’s 6:37 p.m. on a Saturday night and I have literally been waiting for 30 minutes for pizza puffs in the drive thru. No news, no updates, I’m pretty sure they forgot I’m even sitting here. I’ve already paid or I would just leave, but I can’t even talk to someone to get my money back so I can leave. Absolute worst service ever.

Expect to wait forever and still receive cold food. They never have anything ready on time, including the “hot and ready” pizza will have you waiting 15 minutes. Yet somehow the food is never hot, and always burnt. They never season their breadsticks or crust like they should and the employees both look and smell like they’re on something. This place needs to go ahead and close down, I can’t believe we lost Eureka for this bs
