I never leave reviews however i felt i had i after the experience I had it. I beg of you do not waste your time or money. I ordered food through door dash placed my order at 12:19 am. My deliverer stayed in communication through your the entire process and let me know that every single time he has to pick up there they are ridiculously slow. The food took over two hours until it was ready. When it was delivered EVERYTHING was wrong and looked disgusting. We ordered chili cheese fries and we got 3 plain fries and the fries barely were cooked. I have never in my life seen food that looked so pitiful. I wish i was exaggerating but the wings were literally the size of my pinky finger. I have never been so disappointed

Ordered 2 bacon cheeseburgers with fries at 2:30pm to be delivered @ 5:30 pm for lunch at work. The food didn’t arrive till 8pm. Then it was so bad really couldn’t eat it. The burgers where overly salted, looked like pre made frozen patties. You would think for $25 for each burger with fries you would at least get a good burger and non frozen french fries.

I saw the reviews for this place but decided to give it a shot on Grubhub anyway. I was hoping to be proven wrong but my order says it was “delivered” at 11:42. And at the time of writing this it is 1:40 in the morning. My food has yet to arrive. I appreciate that the food is fresh and cooked to order, but if you want to try this place maybe try to pick it up yourself or dine in. It seems that there is an issue in communication between the third party delivery services and this restaurant. I called 5 times after my order didn’t arrive and no one picked up. I’d like to give the benefit of the doubt, but I got no info about my order from either Grubhub or Shelia’s.
Edit: I’ll update this if anything changes, it still says my food is arriving soon so maybe it will be given to a driver at some point.

It’s really small. Food portion is very small as well. Although my son dad is up to age (but don’t look like it). They served him alcohol without id’ing him. They had no way to give him a receipt for his purchase do to something about his order was took on a phone. Won’t go there again…idk if I can or how to respond to a response. No our experience isn’t a lie nor wrong. Just cause a few other folks may like it doesn’t mean my experience was that of others. I have no reason to lie about an experience I encountered at a place. My food WASN’T worth it’s price and I ordered something simple. My son dad did NOT show ID before being served is alcohol beverages.

I received two orders to pick up for Uber eats here close to midnight. I got there and it’s an abandoned building that used to be a bar. The “restaurants” I was picking up for were called Taco Grille and Wing Bar, and I soon realized they aren’t real. A quick google search shows there are no such places in Cleveland. As soon as I got out of my car to go to the building the order was cancelled, not by the person who ordered the food or me.
The address has several restaurants listed on ubereats and Grubhub, and they’re all fake. It seems to me like they offer high pay, double orders to get people to come in the middle of the night with no intention of giving any food. I’m grateful I had a friend waiting for me in the car because it quickly felt like a dangerous situation. Please don’t order from any of their fake restaurants and don’t go there to pick up food.
