He was able to help me get an amazing deal with everything my guests wanted through the specials they have going on. Terrible service and the food isnt much better. I ordered at around 2:30 pm for it to be picked up at 5:15. I walked in at 5:02 and waited in line and didnt get served until 5:35. During that time, several people had issues with their orders so in addition to messing up their orders, they delayed helping me (and many other people) by having to attend to those people who’s orders they screwed up. And if thats not enough, they didnt give me ranch with my wings when I asked about it. I thought it came with them, but regardless, I would thing they couldve at least gave me one for the inconvenience. Being super bowl Sunday isnt an excuse. Thats literally the day they need to be prepared for. All they do is pizza. Now I see why theyre closing down 100+ stores.

Your better off going to Little Casers down the street. The pizza was brown, lacking sauce, lacking cheese, and was cold. Customer service is worse than the pizza, no one cares.

Delivery, missing 1 pizza. Pizza that was delivered not cut, pizza was cold too. Wish I would have read the reviews about how horrible this place is/was. My daughter and I wanted to try something different, sad. First time and last time ordering with this place

tried to order online and they changed the login. You have to give a cell number now and if you already have a number associated with your account you can no longer login and use any rewards you have on your account. tryied to chat online and they kept asking for the same info I gave them to start the chat and then all I get was
“Since I have all the information that I need. Let me go ahead and forward this to our Hut Rewards department to further review this incident, and please expect an email in the next 24 to 48 hours.”
Very poor online order process now and poor customer service

I have to admit I eat pizza hut a lot and I like Pizza Hut in general but my experience at this store was sub par. Of all the hundreds of times I’ve ordered pizza this store was the first ever that I made an order online and 20 minutes later they called to let me know they were out of stuffed crust that I’d have to get another crust. That alone was very disappointing. Then the pizza took 40 minutes to be ready to pick up. They didn’t offer any discount for this and I had to ask for the difference to be deducted for the extra I paid for the stuffed crust. I would’ve rated this worse but the employee working seemed like he was the only person there and obviously doing his best. The pizza still tasted good, it just took forever and didn’t have the stuffed crust I’d eat somewhere else the next time I’m in town.

Rachel Loucado is an absolute horrible management choice. I Tried to place an order over the phone for pick up I was told I couldn’t and to come in. I drove 20 mins to this Frankfort location. I placed an order paid for it then waited in my car for 30mins for it to be prepared. The cashier told me Rachel had voided my order and I would need to repay and wait for it all over again another 30 to 40 minutes. I then asked to speak to her directly, I heard her say “she’s gonna have to wait” I then asked for corporates number she then said “tell her to google it” and continued to be very nasty to me. I arrived at Pizza Hut at 4:03pm and left at 5:32pm with no pizza and money off of my card that I won’t get back until a few business days . She was disrespectful and made it clear that no consequences will be held against her for her disrespect towards me.

I didn’t receive what I had ordered. I called immediately and was offered the rest of my order in “an hour or so” or a $10 credit. My missing item was over $16. I was put on hold indefinitely and called back and got marquis who claimed to be the district manager (liar) He chose to play stupid like he couldn’t comprehend what I was saying. Calling corporate tells you contact store or website. Website apparently doesn’t work seems like pizza hut has a real scam going on here. Return your call promptly is code for haha we totally screwed you. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER and they still owe me $20. Additional info added: Mersa was able to handle my issue professionally. She is the actual manager of the store. Contacting corporate is still a joke but Mersa gets an A ➕️ for handling the situation correctly and with compassion.
