****They messaged me on here, but after following their instructions, they did NOTHING. No further communications or assistance— nor did they help in any way. I feel like their comments of customer service on this app is a facade to save face.****
The state of the food we just got was obnoxiously terrible. The lack of care was exponential. I understand that one shouldn’t have the highest of expectations with fast food but this was beyond reason.
My wife ordered the bourbon burger and got what looks to be a standard burger that was so haphazardly slopped into the wrapper, I’d venture to say the employee was either stoned or has missed a week of sleep.
My burger was meant to be the “super star” but instead I was met with super disappointment. There was one patty, juxtaposed to the two that was meant to be given. There was no true structure about the burger at all and both of our sandwiches’ buns were sopping wet.
I truly wish that was all I could say negatively towards this franchise’s blatant disregard for the quality of their food, but there is more—
The fries looked and tasted stale and were cold, which is unfortunate as they were perfectly salted; half of which were in the bag and not in their sleeves. I ordered a sweet tea and got unsweetened instead.
While the young lady at the window was extremely sweet, the overall experience and quality of this location was ardently lacking and overwhelmingly disappointing.
Truly worth skipping and going to a neighboring restaurant. I hate to say this by the way as Hardee’s is by far my favorite of the fast food world.

I’ve been on the road for 12 hours and stopped off the interstate to get a couple biscuits. The woman here must have been the most rudest person I have ever encountered, I was very rushed at the drive-through and she was pretty much screaming through the speaker I was very tired and hungry, but you have to pull up and deal with something like this is absolutely Uncalled for and very unprofessional.

Would love to know the health score as it is as not posted anywhere and the lady at the counter didn’t know what it was nor where to find it. It smelled horrible of old grease, to the point that we couldn’t even eat inside. The lady working was very sweet but said they were out of fresh oil and the GM didn’t get them any oil.

The pic is from Dec.13 2020. They let me pay for 2 large hashbrowns, but as u can see, they were not filled up as they should have. Now lets skip to June 2024, since things had been better until recent visits, in the late afternoon/evening shift. Whoever is managing this place, please get the good workers back. I ordered 2, 5piece tenders meals and a kid tender. Why did I wait for only 1 of the 5 pieces to be fresh chicken, and when I got home, my kids’ meals and the other 5 tenders were not fit to eat. Had to legit get something else to eat. Waste of money. Why would u even keep hard dried up dark as night tenders? Those should had been thrown out. I almost brought them back to get my money, but the drive is far since I was coming back into town and was just wanting to have the normally good tenders u normally get when I order them.

This is the third time I have stopped here. The restrooms, restaurant, and tables have always been clean. The service has always been great, the people have always been friendly, and my order has always been correct. Very easy to get to from i85, just a short distance off of exit 19. Convenient to get back on the interstate as well.
