Went through the drive through on 1/30/26 around 8:20am. I was greeted with friendly attitudes while ordering, while paying, and picking up the food at the 2nd window. Line was moving like a well oiled machine and on spent seconds at each stage of the process. It’s nice to see execution like this. The food was great too! (Gravy biscuits)

Visited the Foley Hardee’s several times during our stay in Alabama. The facility was always clean and bright. Food is always great. Special appreciation for Stacy and Julian. Always so cheerful and hard working. Make us want to come back.

I’m not normally someone to write bad reviews about places but I was truly shocked at how I was treated this morning.
I ordered a Bacon platter and asked for a different container for my biscuits and gravy so that when I pour my gravy in it, it doesn’t get all over my eggs and all of my other food. I could see the person in the drive-through line was having some problems in front of me with what food they got back. I pull up and she hands me the bag and I explained that I had asked for my biscuits and gravy to be put into a separate container. She then turns around to who I’m assuming is a manager or a supervisor and says that she had asked for a separate container for her biscuits and gravy with an attitude and then the said person says we don’t have time for that. We’re on a time limit, even though there was only one other person in line behind me. The lady then puts the box inside the bag, which is fine. I don’t mind putting my stuff in the container and then she hands me my bag and says we don’t have time. We’re on a time limit and then she slammed the window. I normally get breakfast here every day on the way to work or at least every other day. I will never go back to this location again.

Hardee’s is a reliable stop for classic fast food done right. The breakfast is especially solid, with hot, fresh biscuits and generous portions. Service is typically quick and friendly, and the location is easy to access with convenient parking. It’s a good option when you want something fast, filling, and familiar without a long wait.

My daughter picked up breakfast for us. Mine was not fit to eat. The biscuit was hard as a brick. Obviously been sitting there for a while. The ham was not much better. All I could eat was the hash rounds and hey had been cooked for a while. So disappointing!!

It looks even worse in person. I couldn’t eat this. I think they keep deleting my review lol. Is this cheese moldy? The whole side of the plastic is melted into the grits.. idk.

This place needs a face lift the place felt old and worn out. The staff did not seem to have it together they took forever getting my food I would not recommend this place at all. Don’t waste your time or money. There are definitely better options in foley I will not return!

Sooo rude . I had $100 bill from Christmas that’s all I had I spent almost $40 on breakfast for 4 people which isn’t bad but it isn’t exactly what I expect from fast food either . She sees the $100 and says is that all?? Is that all u got ?? I said yeah. That’s all I got. She slammmed the window on my hand bc she’s mad I had American US money and needed $60 bucks in change. The food came out and they must’ve dropped it all on the floor bc they were mad. It’s disgusting people don’t know how to count change and get mad when we use cash I’m sorry but until it’s outlawed I’ll be using cash! Never go here again, trailer trash staff the bald headed girl with red lipstick is the rude one who slammed the window on me.

Arrived around 6:50 a.m. Normally I come at 6:00 a.m. almost every day, but today I was running behind and waited in the drive-through with several other cars, not realizing the store wasn’t open yet. There was no communication to the drive-through line, and it wasn’t clear what was going on. From my car, I noticed there was a paper posted on the door, but it wasn’t readable from the drive-through.
After several minutes, a few customers briefly honked to try to get someone’s attention and understand the situation. When an employee eventually came out, the response was rude and passive-aggressive, including comments suggesting customers were being rude rather than calmly explaining what was happening. A clear, professional explanation upfront would have de-escalated the situation.
For comparison, I went to McDonald’s afterward and experienced a similar situation with cars piling up and no initial response. When someone honked, a gentleman came over the drive-through intercom and explained the situation kindly and professionally, which immediately cleared up any confusion. That level of communication made a big difference.
