Great vibe. Excellent service. Tucked away in an office building. Had difficulty finding but then realized I could park on any side of the building to access. Conveniently located next to the Apple Valley Chamber in Apple Valley. Clean. Hot tea for me. It was good.

Today was my first time stopping in to check out this cozy little corner of Apple Valley!
The atmosphere is quite nice, warm and inviting with a wall fire behind some couches to the right, and lots of seating around the corner to the left as you walk in. I do have to say, the seating fills up quickly, so coming earlier to get a good spot would be the move! I must have walked in at the perfect time because the ordering line was nonexistent, however, it wasn’t long before two or three people stood to wait their turn. I was ordering with the Down syndrome girl that I take care of and it was very sweet to watch the employees work with her and talk with her so well. The service is very friendly and patient and I felt at peace with the fact that my girly can take a bit extra time when ordering! They even give out lunch cards for encouraged visits!
Our drinks didn’t take long to complete, because we were first in line, but a few others waiting behind us only stood by for a few minutes!
I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and the coffee was amazing! It didn’t taste like anything from Starbucks or Caribou! Next time I might just bring a book or my laptop and find a spot to read or work!

Best coffee I’ve had in a while! I had a raspberry pistachio latte, was surprisingly DELICIOUS! Their syrups are organic, and not insanely sweet, so you get a nice fruity flavor without the extreme sweetness.
The staff is super nice and caring.
Had the cinnamon scone, it was delicious and fresh!
Definitely going back to try the other pastries soon.

Constellation is such a wholesome and genuinely special coffee shop. They use high-quality ingredients and you can tell they really care about their product. The coffee is delicious every single time. Their mission makes it even better. They give back to the community and employ individuals with Down syndrome who are truly the sweetest and make the whole experience feel even more personal.
The staff take great care of you, the service is always kind, and the drive-through is incredibly convenient, especially since the shop itself is located inside an office building. Just be mindful of the indoor hours, but the drive-through window on the side makes it easy to swing by anytime they’re open.

My husband did a cold brew while I got a hot chai latte both were good. We had just finished a lunch nearby but they do offer pastries and hand pies which looked wonderful. A punch card for returning customers. Plenty of seating a great place to work, study, connect etc

Such a wonderful space! My husband and I each got the cardamom maple latte and it was fabulous. It is welcoming and quaint while also not being over stimulating. The staff were kind, efficient, and so welcoming. Love what this establishment does for the community while also having delicious drinks. Will totally come back again!

I was in Apple Valley and dying for a scone. Google sent me here and I walked in and ordered a cinnamon scone and an almond croissant. I was going to eat just one but I ate both! Delicious. So very delicious. I will be back for sure. Also the customer service was great.
