I was very disappointed when I received my order. It seems a lot of these places just don’t take pride in satisfying customers anymore. I asked for well done and received normal bake and its like they just threw the wings in the box and pour ed the sauce. The food was also cold and they didnt bother to cut the pizza we had to do it when I asked for square cut.

Ordered a large NY style, and the driver brought a medium hand tossed. Called the store, and the woman said she made it and said it was small because Domino’s changed the dough. It’s ridiculous. She needs to have more training on knowing the difference between a large NY and a medium hand tossed. This location is awful, and I will not order from them again. I do NOT recommend ordering from this location!!! This is not the first time I’ve had an issue with this store.

Ordered delivery last night. Never been as disappointed with Domino’s before. PIZZA: Crust was wrong, very little sauce or cheese, onions were strong like they had been sitting out for a while. CHEESY BREAD. Texture was gooey. They were not done at all.

Ordered 2 pizzas and wings. Using the tracker it said it was delivered but wasn’t. Went outside and looked all around, nothing was here so called store. Finally got thru to someone and was told driver was in an accident and someone else would bring it. Twenty minutes later a driver showed up and below is what I received. The thin crust pizza was thrown all over the box and burned. Husband called store, was put on hold for twenty minutes, no one answered. This is absolutely the worst store. Have had a few bad experiences with this location but this is the worst. Would rather drive to a different location and pick it up, will never order from here again.

Bryce meet me at my car with my order. He was all smiles and very nice. This Domino’s takes such good care of me. I’ve lost my right leg and they make sure if they deliver they have extra napkins and sauces, in case we need it. Abby is also a very sweet gal. All smiles as well. I would definitely recommend this Domino’s.

Meet a man at my front door that was super chill and very helpful . He helped me with a problem that I had and was super kind and patient . I asked him if they needed with papa jones and we bursted out in laughter . Very cool guy he is the manager . Dominos does it better

Ordered a free pizza with my points, to be picked up the next day at lunch. I was told there was no order the next day and then later, “oh sorry” we made it last night. Sorry you lost your free pizza, but you can call corporate. Called corporate and they told me the owner would contact me because it was their fault. Which no one did.

I’m giving 1star cause it’s the only way to leave a review. 1/06/25 I placed a order for food at 6 pm at 8 pm the order was never delivered. I called the store and spoke with Nick about my order. She was rude and nasty. Never argue with the people making your food. I requested a refund and was advised that it takes 2 weeks for a refund. I then called my bank and spoke with a representative about my issue. My funds was immediately returned. Never ever again, so before you go to this Summit Square location. ( Go elsewhere) So poor and terrible service
