I was not prepared for the quality of food here…in Smyrna. This was delicious. We got the Chaufa (fried rice) with chicken and the steak tacos. We also had the ceviche which was better than any of the “Mexican varieties” I’ve had. Our server was obviously busy for reasons I understand. The food is so good, they need another server or two. We will definitely return.

As a first experience I will say the food is good, we will need to test more plates for sure. One thing I really don’t like and I’d like to bring to the managers attention. If you are going to use these automated systems to pay with credit card were the 18% tip is already charged and on top of that you don’t tell your customer you have already added the tip, that’s just inappropriate. If money is an issue at the restaurant, there are other ways to get the additional income instead of doing this.

Please give them a visit, if you love food, they got you. We started with the empanadas, different than the PR empanadas, or the Venezuelan empanadas from Bella Vista, which if you haven’t tried, please do. But these were filled with delicious shredded chicken. Someone is definitely cooking here. I ordered the Lomo Saltado, I love my mom’s cooking, I promise. But this dish, my goodness. The flavors, the meat was so tender. If I’m lying, I’m buying. , let me know what you think. Enjoy

What kind of garbage restaurant is this? They asked us where the card for our tiny puppy smaller than a Chihuahua. What kind of question is that?! They wouldn’t let us in! We’ve been to so many restaurants and never encountered such a question! I will not recommend this establishment at all!!

This place has great Cheviche. I’ve been getting their stuff since they were 2 Peruvians in a truck and have been to both restaurants and both have a great atmosphere and the food is very tasty . I will be back!

Read a review of Leche de Tigre in Smyrna and knew I had to try it out. I was greeted by Nicolas who got me seated along with some water and a Dos XX. I knew what I wanted before I came in…the Lomo Saltado. This is a savory mix of Peruvian and Chinese cultures with marinated beef stir-fried with onions, tomatoes, and a soy-based sauce over fries and a side of rice. I’ve had variations where the sauce was thick like a gravy or thin like this one…either way this was delicious! The steak was medium rare as ordered and very tender and the steak sauce provided is exceptional. This dish is really good, and I’ll be back to try some of the other items on the menu. Great food and service…well worth a trip to Smyrna or their Nashville location.

Leche de Tiger is one of our absolute favorite spots in Rutherford County. They bring bold, authentic Peruvian flavors to the South in a way that feels both exciting and comforting. The Pollada is a standout—tender, flavorful chicken paired perfectly with golden potatoes and a punchy chimichurri. We also can’t get enough of the Lomo Saltado, especially with medium-temp beef that melts in your mouth. And also the Aji De Gallina Empanadas—they’re a must-try!

Stopped by Leche de Tigre in Smyrna for lunch today and totally enjoyed it! Guanabana and Maracuja juices were perfect on a hot day. I was looking for a vegetarian option and they had an amazing lentil quinoa burger that hit the spot. For dessert we had an alfajore and piece of pudin de pan, not overly sweet, just right. Service was great, food came out fast, and place was very clean. Highly recommended, we’ll definitely be back soon!
