The food was amazing. The ramen was sooo gooddd even they use chicken instead of pork but the taste still amazed me. I love the Mardiyama Roll. Will coming back for sure!

For the price it’s pretty good. The sushi rice could use a little more vinegar, and the avocado was not cut very uniformly. In the hibachi, the chicken was a bit too dry and the steak was undercooked and very chewy/stringy (I’m guessing low quality meat), but the flavor was good.

Food was served warm. Food was prepared very quickly from the time we ordered. People who worked here were nice. The rice was exceptionally good and we were given a generous amount with our meal. The steak was very good. I left feeling full. Restrooms were clean. Please like review if this was helpful information.

Ordered online it was done very fast. Asked for lo mein light vegis absolutely perfect on the amount and I’m pretty sure theres extra noodles. I don’t get to order here often but they never disappoint.

The dumplings were crispy and perfect. Would have preferred salmon in addition to shrimp and tuna on my rainbow roll, but it was tasty regardless. (I’m always slightly disappointed when food is served in what amounts to to-go containers. I so prefer when eating in a restaurant, meals served on a plate, not plastic and basically paper.)

Everything was wrong and missing things I paid extra for. Also no silverware, chopsticks, are napkins….definitely not filet in my dinner. Wanted all broccoli, not what I got. Added cream cheese to my sushi….didn’t get that either.
Maybe pay more attention to peoples orders. Especially when people pay extra for specific ingredients

Again we were not disappointed with our meal. Ordered beef sukiyaki, shrimp and chicken lo mein, egg rolls and salmon/avocado roll. Food was ready on time. We eat here or at the food trailer in Waynesville once a month or two and have never been disappointed. Prices are a little high but very worth it. Also if you use a credit card you will be charged a fee so I recommend using cash.

Mardiyama Hibachi Express never misses. Big portions, good prices, and the food always tastes fresh. Easily one of my favorite spots to grab a meal. Would give 10 stars if i could. And the guy hispanic cashier if a really cool guy. So customer service is 11/10.
