I used slice for delivery the scillian pizza was hot & so heavy like I remember as a kid .I am 70 and it tastes like when I was 10. Hot grill your the Best.I received my pie in 20 minutes was very delicious. Keep up the fantastic work hot grill.

this is by far the best pizza we have had in seymour. the staff is great id say i had issue at start but once address they had no issue correcting it and getting me another wrap since then we have ordered here every time. my heart broke wheni seen they are temp closed now we have to go to new haven for pizza

Was a bit of a wait because they were so busy, but it’s my favorite pizza in Seymour. Friendly staff and they offer free delivery. I got the hot grill favorite and a cheese pizza with some wings and fries. Everything was great. They apologized over and over again for the wait but it wasn’t that big of a deal. I’ll definitely order from here again.

I placed an order for a side of meatballs, a side of sausage and Buffalo wings. It came to $31 and I specifically said at least two or three times, I do not want it delivered before 6 PM. I had my personal reasons. I called them back when my order came 20 minutes earlier. I said I just placed my order at 5:28 and it was here 15 minutes just 15 minutes after I ordered it. they made one excuse after another everybody blaming one another and then the guy stating that well if you want it for 6 o’clock, I will make it now and personally bring it to you. I said I don’t want that. I don’t want another meal. I told him just give me five dollar credit because, it was the principle of the matter. He refused and said I am not giving you money towards anything. I said well then I am not gonna come there anymore. I’m not gonna order from you when I’m a good customer and he could care less and simple then don’t order from us anymore. That is not the way you’re on a business people.Rude

A sporadic stop for lunch, a quick bite, turned into quite a delicious surprise! Very fair price for a wonderful pizza! The staff was polite and the wait was minimal for a walk in! Friendly atmosphere, only complaint is a small physical location so can’t bring a large group in for great pie! I highly suggest the Italian Flag special!

The Delivery: Food arrived fast & piping hot. Extra points for the very nice delivery guy! Others should take lessons from him! The Food: Mashed Potato Pizza, Philly Steak & Cheese Grinder & Mozzarella Sticks. The Verdict: Everything was great!! The grinder even came w/mushrooms, onions & peppers. Most places charge a fortune just for those 3 extras! The best part was when I asked if they also make thin crust pizza. Not only was the answer yes, the pizza was absolutely delicious!
My only complaint is that it took us far too long to try Hot Grill again since these new owners took over, and it’s a really good thing they did. They clearly know what they’re doing and they’re doing it very well!! We’ll definitely be ordering again!

Was making a pickup at a warehouse and looked through phone and found this place . Pizza was great I got a Italian sub was ok but I think it was my fault so I won’t complain about it good meats anyways. Delivery was fairly quick and driver was friendly all in great Pizza definitely would order again.
