I came here to grab a sandwich for lunch and I just want to say that the customer service that I received from a hard working man named Tarun was incredible! He was very kind and even with all the work that he had to do, he still came up to me at the other side of the restaurant to ask how my sandwich turned out and if I needed anything else. I’ve only ever got great service at this subway and I will continue to come back!

I don’t complain often but this location is awful. Ordered 4 sandwiches, all of them had half inch thick onions, the mayo wasn’t spread, multiple stems from the peppers, yellow cucumbers and green tomatoes. Not only that, it took several minutes for the staff to come out and ask what we needed. Not going back. Definitely recommend a different location.

Usually when i visit from out of state we come here to eat and the foods always great but tonight she drowned our sandwiches in honey mustard and mayo… sandwiches ruined… otherwise dinner is always great.

First time visiting and placing an order for my wife and I. There was not a lot of customers which I thought would be a quick order. Was i very wrong. They messed my order up immediately and had to start over. I just asked to have my wife’s order made correctly and that took too much for the lady behind the counter. I kept reminding her to take her time and just relax. It was not worth getting angry about. The male behind the counter witness the mistake his coworker made and tried to fix it but time was not on both of our side. This could’ve been prevented if they communicated. The male started helping me initially but then went to another customer. Bad service and terrible communication is going to hurt them.

Horrible service team member acted like we were a burden to them. Constantly was rolling their eyes which is very disrespectful. Good thing there are 3 more subways in town won’t be going to this one again.

They don’t have a daily special listed on the wall. And their bun was hard so I probably won’t be going back to that Subway again

Normally I’ve had a pretty fair experience with this location but today was just absolutely disappointing. To begin the two young men working spent most of the time taking to each other rather than engaging with their 2 customers, this also included a conversation about how they can never actually take breaks which is separately concerning. Secondly in the mix of their conversation I was giving my order which wasn’t fully heard. I got back to work to find the vegetables half frozen and no dressing which I requested. I feel bad because I know it’s not these guys fault but rather a lack of supervisory training. Whoever the owner/manager is should be more responsible.

Very lazy staff, never been to a Subway quite like it. Yesterday we had a large order, so we ordered ahead of time using the Subway app. The app said our food would be ready in 15 minutes, but we waited for about 30 minutes because I know Subways can get busy so we wanted to give them a little bit of extra time. We got there & the 2 girls working were standing around on their phones. We informed them we had placed an order on the app, and they walked over to the machine where the orders print out, and only then started making our order. So we had to wait an additional 15 minutes to actually get our food. My sister had ordered a salad and they made a tuna salad instead of the Turkey salad she had ordered. That was ok with her b/c she likes tuna too, but when she asked for salad dressing they looked at her like she was a complete idiot & informed her that they only had mustard & mayo if she wanted that. Apparently this is the only Subway out of the dozens I’ve been to that does not have any salad dressings. Rather than argue with the already rude employees, she decided to just go find some salad dressing at home. But when we got home, we realized we were also missing 2 of the items we had paid for. But again, we decided it wasn’t worth going back & having to deal with the incompetent employees again. Will never go back to this Subway, worth driving further to go to another one
