On 12/21/25 I placed an online order for a large pizza and a 2 liter bottle of Pepsi Zero. I left directions for the order to be left at the door and knock. The driver did not knock. When I discovered my order I found a cold pizza with a 20 oz bottle of Dr. Pepper. At 3:45 I called the store. The person I spoke with said they would be sending a driver shortly with the soda. An hour and 15 minutes later the soda never showed up. I called the store again at 5:01. The manager Adam refuses to send the bottle of soda. He claims there are only two employees in the store that ge has no delivery drivers for the evening. He stated that I could come to the store to pick up the soda — even after paying a $4.99 delivery fee. I ended up filing a complaint on the app regarding the issues with my order and requesting a full refund.
On 12/24 I received an email from Dylan. He ‘hopes that I give them a chance to correct this.’ He further states that his team ‘doesn’t not take these issues lightly.’ He included a phone number with an invitation to call or respond to the email to further discuss the issues.
On 12/29 I tried calling Dylan. The number he provided in the email did not work. I responded to his email. As of 1/4/26 I have not received a refund or a response from Dylan.
I will be following up with the corporate office. I hope I don’t have to end up disputing the charge. The complete lack of customer service is unacceptable.

Not Worth It. Disappointed.
I seriously regret choosing Papa John’s this time. The pizza was such a letdown—barely any tomato sauce, which made it dry and bland. For almost $30 for two pizzas (not including the time and gas it took to drive there), it’s just not worth it. Definitely won’t be coming back any time

I picked up an order Sunday from this location and I can not say enough bad things. First of all the foul language is uncalled for. As I waited a good 20 minutes for my order the young boys kept using profanity…….they would stop working, to tell their story and at one point one wiped his nose with his BARE hands and continued pressing the dough. GROSS!!!!!!! The young lady up front was no better. She was on her phone, going through her wallet and did not want to assist customers.

Ordered online for pickup, they said will be ready in 20 minutes; arrived there on time, and waited one more hour to cancel my order( hopefully their refund process is fast), because I was number 133 and the number they were still working on 87(after 1.20min wait)…
Couple very young boys working on back with no hats or anything to protect the food from hair(they all have long hair!!!!)… very disappointed, and never going to back!!
Just say the right time, since you guys backed up.. it’s totally fine, so we can look for different options… but not still taking phone orders and telling people 20-25 minutes… when more than 20 people stayed in line to pick up their order…omg!!!

The location is awful but the service is above average and the food is very good. Don’t call, order online. If you need a pizza delivered, order on the doordash app.

They are definitely over worked and short staffed I waited almost an hour past the eta for my pizza. Door dashers in and out make it hard for a normal customer to be noticed. Definitely have to speak up if you want service.

Not 1 good review in years. How are they still in business? The last 3 times there has been hair on my pizza. We’re not just talking about a little. There’s multiple layers of hair. It looked like this is their recipe. Dough,hair, sauce, hair cheese, hair and toppings with more hair. What makes it so much worse is you don’t see anyone reaching out from papa John’s and asking what happened or how they can resolve the issue. That proves without a doubt that they don’t care about their customers at all. That’s alarming to me because if they’re slacking that much how clean do you think their store is? I’d be afraid to see. I don’t see how they’re still in business to be honest.

Placed an order online came to pick it up and was told it was in progress. waited an hour and then was told that it was next in line to be made 3 orders ahead of me… i had to cancel the order and walk away empty handed. The employee did not seem to care not even an apology. Will never return there

Do not waste your money! Their topping portions are a scam. We ordered a chicken pizza and maybe had 3 pieces of chicken on the whole pizza. Total waste of money!

Why does every Papa John’s just operate with just 1 single worker inside and nobody else? I always feel like I have to wait at least 5 minutes for delivery orders. They’re never just ready.
