Last two pizzas were overcooked. We did carryout each time and noticed the pizza sits out, not in a pizza bag or a warmer, so the pizza is always cold. They used to be good, but have gone down hill.

Dylan was very rude and obnoxious, he seemed like he didn’t want to work and/or lacked customer service skills. The pizza tasted very dry and overcooked. I definitely don’t recommend this location.

Called to inquire about the jack-o’-lantern pizza. Was put on hold twice for over 15 minutes with no one ever picking up the call from hold. Called today to order a pizza. Got the whole order in. He asked if I wanted one or two garlic dips, I asked if they cost extra. He hung up on me. Husband went to pick up the order. No record of it. Went across the street to Dominoes. Horrible, horrible customer service!

When placing my order today, I put in the right address but the system changes the address to somewhere far away every time. I called them. The workers name was Bill and he gave me a very big attitude and was mad that I didn’t call him about it sooner since they have to pay money to DoorDash. I explained to him that this happens every time I order and when I call sooner, they also give me attitude then and say they can’t do anything. It seems that every time I call this specific Papa John’s, the workers always have terrible attitudes. Other than the terrible customer service, the food is delicious.

I placed an order on the website for an advanced delivery at 8:15 pmand it was delivered a whole 30 minutes earlier than expected. I planned it so that the pizza is fresh for my loves one. When I spoke to the manager of the store his words were “ there nothing I can do for you” and states that” I didn’t placed a plan ahead delivery order” When I did and I always do. No one wants to have cold or reheated pizza its unpleasant. I’ve never had an issue with this store till now. In conclusion, my recommendation -do not use this location for your pizza needs. This makes me so sad because I actually love the pizza but when the manager tells me that I didn’t do something when in fact I know I did. It causes me to question the integrity of the establishment. I personally will not support this establishment thereafter I will take my services elsewhere.

I am confused why Papa John’s is using DoorDash instead of their delivery drivers now. From ordering the pizza to delivery it took 70 minutes to get to our house – when we are not even 5 minutes away. It’s absolutely ridiculous. The pizza was still somewhat warm, but it is obvious that it had been sitting under heat for a while. Guess we will be ordering from Domino’s now since they still have their own drivers.

$60 for pizza plus a $15 tip , only for DoorDash to show up with my pizza and one of them looks like it was slammed up against the windshield of the car. And so cold I think I may of been the last of 10 orders to be delivered. Do better
