I love this location! No matter what time of the day it is the staff is always so nice and friendly! The store is always so clean. I stop by several times a week and they always make me feel welcomed! My drinks are always delicious!

I’ve been going to this Starbucks for 2 years, never had a problem till today for 6-7 dollars for a sandwich you’d think they’d take the wrapper off? My only complaint otherwise I love it here.

This past November during “free holiday cup day” marked the first time visiting this location which I already like.
I really like the interior decor of this particular site, not that any location I’ve been to had a vibe I didn’t like.
My wife purposely sent me here being she mentioned she wanted a holiday cup with a purchase of a seasonal holiday drink.
Not sure about all the negative reviews about the famed coffee giant but I can’t say I’ve had a bad experience with customer service at any location.
Prices have gone up but that’s pretty much anywhere you go these days whether it’s cars, homes, department/grocery stores or restaurants whether franchise or local-owned.
The quality of Starbucks from the beverages, the food to the service has always remained solid which has always been their strong point.
The customer service here shines and whenever I’ve driven by this location which is typically a couple of times a week on average, there’s always plenty of vehicles in the parking lot.

i had placed a mobile order for couple drinks and they completely messed up all the orders except for 2 drinks and I ordered 5 in total. The drinks that were supposed to be made hot, it was cold and I asked for extra 3/4 milk in them and tell me how extra means less than 1/4 milk quantity? I dont mean to be rude but I had ordered them sunday morning while on a rush to church. I placed the moblie order roughly 25 mins before I came to pick them up. I am horribly disappointed. Im also disappointed as per the fact that the barista told me I had to order steamed milk with my hot drinks? I personally work at starbucks myself and never realised hot coffees didnt come with hot milk even when theyre supposed to be made with steamed milk lol. Ig you learn something new everyday huh? Some of the barista’s there are really nice and you can tell they genuinely care. From a customer perspective, please start being more kind to people barista’s. I know it can be tough and some days arent the best but we all are people. And Customers, please also be kind to your baristas.

Probably the worst Starbucks in the area. The music is SO loud that you cannot have a conversation, or work without noise canceling earbuds. The building was designed poorly, with speakers only in the dining area so the workers cannot hear the music. They CRANK the music so they can hear it. They’ll turn it down if you ask, but only a bit. They frankly don’t care that it is obtrusive. Can’t wait for It’s All Good to reopen in the area.

I have never had a bad experience at Starbucks before, but this location I just tried today for the first time and there was an extremely rude young lady working there. This is by far the worst customer service I’ve received. I went in to purchase a mug and a gift card and the whole exchange was just very unprofessional. She couldn’t even bag my items. Do better Starbucks!

First of all, I’ve never left a review for this Starbucks. But there is a young lady who makes my drink wrong every time I come in for it.
I’m going to show you this one my son ordered for me, and I know this is not what I ordered.
The cup is not full and there is no lavender foam at the bottom, she gives me more matcha than lavender foam which makes the drink bitter.
And this started a year back and I hope it doesn’t continue.
Most of the employees there are pretty friendly but, it’s just two that seem as if they are frustrated with the way I like my drink made.
So, I’ll avoid ordering from the two if they are there by requesting someone else make my drink and this is Zion on the corner of 173.

I have to change my previous review of this location but not because of anything the staff did necessarily. The pricing is just too much for me, and I definitely love to splurge more than I should. I love food and drinks and Starbucks has a lot of great options that I love. But today I cracked, I got one grande açaí lemonade refresher and it was like $5.65. In no reality should a small cup of lemonade cost anything more than $2.50-3. Idk why but the drink I received also had no ice? This is what the ancients called an “unequal weight and measure.” For $5.65 I can make multiple cups of the exact same type of lemonade and it will taste the same, if not better because I’d put ice in the cup. So I guess I can thank Starbucks for teaching me the lesson of never going out to fast food again. In no reality should lemonade and one and a half strawberries cost $5.65. This is not a diss to the staff or the vibe of the store. I am only hating on the absurd and outright evil pricing. I’ve spent $20 here for breakfast just for myself more than a few times and I remember those moments in disgust now. Not to mention the rewards system is kinda meaningless. I had this location at 5 stars but because of the complete lack of value on the corporate level and because I’m losing way to much and gaining so little (their lemonade is literally just regular tasting lemonade) I cannot in good conscience recommend Starbucks of any location to anyone. Coffee and lemonade taste just as good at home and won’t hurt the bank as much. Starbucks is for the middle class and up now.
