One employee was genuinely helpful. The other older employee had a bit of an attitude. Only 2 cheese options. Lettuce was very discolored and I opted not to have any since it did not look appetizing. Tomatoes and spinach looked good. Kind of a meh experience overall.

Wish I’d of seen the women’s bathroom before I ordered. As the old adage says thats how clean their kitchen is too. ALL of the regular lettuce is brown! Throw it out people!! I got 1/2 a tuna sub with extra tuna and extra cheese with 2 bags of chips. And he made sure to charge me for all the “extra” as well. My total amount? $18.53 That. Is. Ridiculous! Never coming back here again.

I recently stopped by a Subway for a quick bite expecting a fast, affordable meal. What I got instead was a $60 receipt for three regular sandwiches. No double meat, no extras, — just the basics. which is absolutely wild for what you get.

The sandwiches themselves? Just okay. Nothing memorable. Honestly, Subway’s food is mid at best — bland bread, average ingredients, and zero wow factor. For the price, you’d expect something substantial or at least satisfying. But it felt more like a ripoff than a meal.

Here’s the kicker: I could’ve gone to Jimmy John’s or Jersey Mike’s twice for the same price as one trip to Subway. And both of those places serve way better sandwiches — fresher, tastier, and more worth the money. At this point, I genuinely don’t understand how Subway is still operating with pricing like this and such mediocre quality.

Fast food should be affordable and decent. Subway is neither. Unless they seriously step up their game or fix their prices, I can’t imagine choosing them again.

Best fast food around in my opinion, most fast food near prosser is cheap tasting and doesn’t do it for me, but what could go wrong with a sandwich, Also Andrea is a very nice worker that gives quality service , along with Noah

If I could give 0 stars I would. This has to be hands-down the WORST subway I have ever been to. First, they don’t take any coupons. Second, every time (5) I’ve ordered here (gave them several chances) my order has been wrong, every time. Today, for lunch ordered 3 subs for family, every sub was wrong, you spend over thirty dollars, get two, literally, two pieces of chicken, a sprinkle of lettuce, no sauce at all, no oil/vinegar, the wrong cheese, and maybe four sprigs of red onion, for example. There was nothing there to eat??? That’s crazy, expensive and the service is not even at the minimum level. Not returning and will tell everyone I know to not go there. Disappointing, at best. Franchise owners, pay attention. Yikes.

I walked in at 7:10pm to get a sandwich and was told they weren’t doing anymore sandwiches for the night, because he was slammed and still needed to take a break.

Kid looked stressed. He was polite though: Might consider staffing better considering it’s a Tuesday night in prosser and I was turned away 50 minutes before close.

This place is never open past 7 sign online and out store says open until 97 days a week. I’ve never seen them open past seven tonight. I went to get food and they were closed at 6:30.
