Delicious food! Huge portions at a great price. We sat outside on the patio. The indoor seating didn’t look too comfortable and too dark, could benefit from a facelift. But I would definitely come back for the food. The service was also really nice and attentive.

If you’re looking for Indian food in the East Bay, definitely check out this place.
The owner and team are friendly and just good people, the food is made with love and is delicious.
I wish they made and served Tibetan food!

Ordered delivery, everything arrived quickly and was still hot. The naan was pretty good, but chicken tikka masala was the driest I’ve ever had — just solid rock hard cubes of chicken that are pretty much inedible. The lamb was really dry as well, but I’ve never had chicken this bad before today. Don’t order from these guys, there are better places out there worth your support.

Hands down the best Indian food in Oakland. Literally everything we ate was good and we shared 7 dishes. Highly recommend!

I remember dining there and I looked forward to the lamb meat. While I did find the food tasty, I did not realize that I got sick with an upset stomach for a few days.
The staff need to do a better job at safe food handling and checking the food, including the meat as meats being touched by dirty hands can make people sick.
I would not believe that their Indian restaurant is considered the best when there are a few other alternatives within a few blocks away.
Either force better food sanitization or risk going out of business.

Reviews look high, but are incredibly misleading. As an Indian, this food was far from authentic. Everything seemed like it was reheated from frozen, the malai kofta was as hard as a rock and the chicken seekh kebab lacked any flavor. The naan also seemed frozen or not fresh, it was flat and just broken off when trying to get a piece. Right after, felt sick and left 90% of the food.

I tried finally some takeout from this place after hearing so much buzz about it. The paneer tiki masala and rice I had was very tasty. The spices were nicely balanced and not too bold. The paneer was slightly chewy rather than the more firm texture I’m used to. At some point I will go back for a sit-down meal there since the dining area looked cozy and inviting. I’m not 100% sure I’d try the paneer again, but menu had all the usual suspects so I’m sure I’ll find an alternative. The service was very friendly and fast.

Really enjoyed this causal little place. The okra was delicious, the little seating area is shaded by trees, set far back from the road, had very peaceful ambiance with a little fountain. Very reasonably priced for the area. Highly recommend
